If you're 5ft5 and 154lbs what size are you?

I'm just feeling deflated. I'd saved some outfits for when I get to goal, which is 140lbs, so not too far away now.

I've been feeling good so I thought I would try them on, they're from collectif, helbunny, killstar.

And they're all too small

I looked at the labels and they're size Large and XL.

I've been looking at christmas dresses and Asos put me at a size 12/M, well I'm never going to fit in those am I?!

I just feel like I need to be 8 bloody stone to fit in an XL??

I'm 5ft5 and used to be 150lbs. I could fit into a size 10 and looked fine unless it was a very skinny fit piece, but was more comfortable in a 12.

This is my height and weight and I wear UK14 (mostly, I do have 16 jeans from Primark)

I'm 5ft 4, in my 40s and 138lbs and wear size 8. I shop in H&M, Primark, Zara etc.

I got some jeans from H&M and they are a 12.

I am 145lb and I am a size 8-10 and I am 5ft 6. My weight is higher as I have more muscle

5'4" 151 lbs. 14 bottom, 16 top.

Just a little update.
Been to M&S and got this outfit.

Both items a size 10!
