Hi all
I have been prescribed Ozempic but due to the shortage am still waiting for my prescription.
Does anyone know whether I could start another type of weightloss injection in the mean time and if it's safe to swap from one to another or whether there has to be a period of time in between?

Thank you both. I will head on over to the injection section!
My GP pity me forward for the weight loss clinic at my local hospital. They saw me, had a long chat and have approved it. I get the feeling it's a bit of a postcode lottery!

Wegovy is exactly the same drug as Ozempic so you could just buy it until you can get it prescribed.
