HI everyone
Been to christening of my lovely little mindee today and broke my cho ban....i ate a (very small..i promise!) slice of some kind of choc/cream mouse cake kinda thing?, it was lovely, but im a bid now.i need to make sure im sorted as i cant just lose this and jack it in!
so i think ill do my what ive eaten today lists again if thats ok, even tho today was a party, i still think its neccesary!?
Breakfast - Alpen with S S Milk (i think alpen may be a prob, its not reduced sugar and ive been eting a lot of it, maybe this is contributing towards my slow loss??)
Lunch - 1 crumpet small scraping of butter
Dinner/party - small slice of corned beef pie(took edging crust off),
2 large prawns with blob of 1000 island on side,
half bun with no butter and slice of beef, cherry toms, carrot, pepper, cucumber.
then i had this piece of choc/cream mouse thingy..but i also had a J20 and red bull drink, both of which were full fat (which is a bug bear with me as i hate drinking anything full fat, its such a waste and if you can get the diet stuff theres no need), obv there wasnt anything diet today and it was this or alcahol, so i just had these two.
I didnt even eat my huge piece of cho/icing christening cake, i let dd and mindee eat it..and even though my greedy side is fighting lately, i DID not give in today and go back for more when everyone kept saying oh go get another plate, it will all waste if its not eaten..i was SO wanting some potato's in some lvoely dressing but as i had beef/corned beef/prawns i kind of though that = slimming world red day, so kept off the carbs???..i know not much of a consolation.
I know im going to be dissapointed this week, i REALLY need to sort my meals out again, maybe ill look back on here and see what i was eating 4-5 weeks ago and see if that helps.
urgh i feel sick and guilty now having eaten/drank allt hat crap
