I might be pretty dim (but in my defense, new to Munsnet) but where do I find topics? I'm watching certain threads and follow Weight loss chat forum but not having any luck finding this spwcific topic

I'm using the mobile website version rather than the app, for me top left there are 3 lines. Press there and you can see the list of talk topics. Click Talk and you can select all topics or something like that.

Yes link as above but if you click on ‘talk’ near the top of the page then you can see a list of topic areas and click on the drop down to see the individual boards. It is part of big/slim/whatever weight-loss club.
