@Michs72 yes, OMAD is great for taking away the food noise.
In theory, you could eat what ever you want.
I found it was a good tool for me to learn about nutrition.
I am just preparing my meal now (I usually eat my meal in the AM, but we have been out).
I am having a large steak, 3 fried eggs (fried in ghee, I only use animal fats/butter), a bag of Brussel sprouts roasted with garlic, I’ll have plain Greek yogurt after with crushed almonds on top. I’ve also had a “starter” of carrots, cucumbers, celery and home made hummus while I was waiting.
That’s pretty much what I eat on a daily basis. And still people tell me OMAD is unhealthy, even though I eat no processed food and only drink green tea and water.
My SIL is the worst. Lives off tesco meal deals, takeaways, frozen food, cereal and chocolate and tells me that 4 steaks a week will kill me.
