Dear All.

After years of carrying the weight of unhappiness, I've decided it's time for a change. My name is Liz, and I'm on a mission to shed four stone. Not just for the numbers on the scale, but for the profound impact it will have on my overall well-being. Being fat makes me so unhappy, lethargic and I am totally uninterested in s*x.

Hubby isn't impressed, he hasn't had sexual attention for months eek!

Being overweight has been a constant companion in my life, and it's time to bid farewell to flab and hello to a new me. I would like to lose 4 stone and go from a dress size 20 to a size 12 by October this year. (Family wedding to attend and I want to look good! Not shrouded in some floral tent that could double up as the marquee. )
I am starting Slimming World tomorrow ( from home) and I am looking for friends that are on a losing weight journey too. 💏

Love Lizzy x
P.S (My then 3 year old nephew called me a 'chunker' 14 years ago... it is definitely time to shed that nickname)
