Anyone up for a Jan support group to finally lose some poundage/ get healthier?

Count me in please. Will start 1st Jan. Need to lose about 10lbs. Regular gym-goer but have fallen off my diet massively the past 2 weeks. Need to re-focus and get back to it.

Will track my and post my calories, and post my workouts to keep myself accountable.

I have 2 stone to lose. I have have have to stick with it this time.

Me too please. I am starting on 1st January as it is a Monday and all my numerous diets have started on a Monday! I intend to go back to drinking more water, drinking less alcohol and eating slightly more sensibly than I have over the last month.

Also I had a huge shock at the GP last week, when I was diagnosed with high BP. My BP was normally around 84/72 and it was 169/92 - a very very big shock. I lost my Mum in May and sold her home in October so 2023 has been a little bit tough, not helped by the fact that I live in NZ and my Mum was in UK. The BP has been a huge wake up call - have never ever had a BP over 95/75 before and I definitely do not want to have a heart attack.

Me!! I need to get my sh*t together lol. I'm actually going to walk into the gym in the new year and book into see a personal trainer, I need the accountability..
