Hi, wondering have any of you tried doing Bodyslims for weight loss? I'm contemplating signing up but it's a lot of money in one go so it would be nice to hear if any of you lost weight doing it and kept it off or if I'm just grasping at straws?

Did you try it @Onynx ?
I want to ask the same question as your post!

@GoatsareGOAT I did!! One more week to go on this program and I can genuinely say it's been life changing. I'm down over 21 lbs - and more to the point it's sustainable and I'm enjoying it. You must walk 1 solid hour every day - as in all together not two smaller walks, you are given a calorie allowance and there's a lot of education around the nutrition part of it too. The best money I've spent. There are two options but people say not to bother with the mentor option- it's not worth the extra cost. Definitely do it if you are interested in it.

Congratulations @Onynx !

What made the difference?
Everyone talks about the walking but it's rare for me not to walk for at least an hour each day so that wouldn't be a huge change...
What's the calorie tracking like?
Does it use Facebook? (I don't have Facebook!)
Thanks so much for replying

They are on Fb but it's all done through an app or web page on your phone ( you're given a login etc when you sign up). I'm not sure what made the difference, you have online videos to watch, new ones every wk all about the psychology of weight loss and more. You can log & see your progress every week too. I think for me it was just giving in and trusting that this will work, following the instructions & sticking to it. I used to try things for a few days, not see great results and give up. Also I loved that they don't try & sell you anything or eat anything that you wouldn't normally so you don't have to cook something separate for yourself etc. He does say 'it's simple, but it's not easy'.

Thanks @Onynx
I'm concerned that I'm not good enough at trusting 😂
