nah no chance.we got on far to well to be sisters
no doubt she'll be on over the next few days giving you some gossip.we nearly convinced her dh to babysit so we could go out on the town ! lol
we wouldn't have gone but the look on his face was priceless

morning (yawn)
dd slept quite well last night
i've got lot's of shopping excercise planned for today.after my workout last night i couldn't sleep so decided to haul out all my clothes and have a try on.unfortunately (or fortunately ,i'm not sure) i have managed to diet out of alot of them and the small ones fit now and i wanted to save those for summer.
sorry that seems like i'm moaning as my clothes are too big!
i love my clothes and i'm gutted that some are too big.not gutted enough to start eating cake to gain a bit though
luckily my sister is a completely different shape to me so she will be gaining several pairs of brand new jeans .lucky bugger
what has everyone else got planned for today?

I'm hoping to gain some jeans from my best friend who has recently lost about half a stone, I havent got any in size 14, i'm too fat for 12's and my 16's even with a belt are getting loose now.

Just having 5 mins peace before we set off breakfast all done, mindee having a little kip, bag packed, kids dressed, dd1 is playing nicely with dd2

We're going to toddler group then back here for lunch and naps then 2 school runs then back here for snack playing and dinner then hometime, the days fly! Tomorrow is my busy/ hardest day of the week at the moment. Dp is going out tonight or I would have gone swimming (honest) not really sure what exercise i'm going to be able to fit in this week tbh, swimming is the best for me because i don't like being hot and sweaty! Might go thursday night.

Had a cheeky look on scales this morning and I'm 10.13 (but that was first thing in the morning and i get weighed with at least 2lbs worth of clothes plus its evening) soooo really not sure how i'll do this week plus got AF this week too. I have been really good with food though have started having a tiny bit more porridge because i now have to scoop it rather than sachets.

kids not sleeping, Dh working long hrs, I'm not resting, ds1 unwell so no nursery and no going out, eating too much moan, moan, moan

Can you chop up a tupperware box full of things to snack on like carrot sticks, cucumber, cherry toms etc?

Anyone that can come and watch dc's while you either have a rest or go for some fresh air?

Seriously in need of some ideas, I'm a very plain eater, meat, potato and veg.....though i do like the odd spicy thing like mild curry or faijtas, needs to be stuff that can be prepared quickly.

Anyone got any good recipes they care to share?

i make a quick stir fry whenever i fancy a change.tonight i've had a prawn one with extra mushrooms and garlic .yum.
i really want one of the hot cross buns that dh bought today but it's weigh in tomorrow so i musr resist!

how are you feeling jahan? is ds1 any better? sending you big hugs x

I've just nicked a few crisps from dd, im starving but really can't be bothered to even look in the freezer, once i move i will notice the mess behind me and will have to tidy it!!

i've got a banging headache at the moment.
i've drunk loads of water so in don't know whats caused it.i've already taken 2 lots of painkillers
may have to be an early one for me tonight.i'm going to watch supersize vs superskinny before i go though

thanks for reminding me that's on! Dp is out tonight and I would have sat here all evening (apart from cleaning up and sorting dd's obviously) but i wouldn't have even looked at the tv! I'll skyplus it so i can watch it in bed

I've heated my shepherds pie up now and dd2 is in bed so just the mess to sort and food to eat and Dd1 will be going up in 10 mins

dd has been bathed,ds1 and 2 have had their supper.i'm having a glass of diet coke to try and clear my headache.
i didn't buy any new clothes today.i figured i may as well save my money as i still want to lose another stone so i'll wear what i've got and treat myself when i get to my proper goal

b all bran
l cauliflower cheese (ww) and some grapes
d prawn stirfry in a pitta bread
2 litres of water and i've walked about 5 miles.i do feel really bloated tonight .hope i show a loss

B- porridge with honey
L- 2 crackerbread with light philli, cherry toms, banana, apple
S- couple of crisps
D- shep pie.

I will probably have a ww bar and hot choc in a bit then i'll be done for the day.

Havent done any exercise apart from the usual walk through town to toddler group and lifting the dc's etc

I did have another compliement today about how i had lost weight! The ladies at toddlers now know not to make me a tea and ask me for the low cal hot choc i bring with me and not to offer me biscuits

Feeling a lot better now!
Ds1 had a major vomitting episode on Sun night at around midnight. We had to wash him and strip the bed etc. He was a bit off al day yesterday but no more vomitting. He had a cough and runny nose.
Last night he had a nightmare and was terrified about going back to bed and ds2 has been feeding and feeding, waking up about 4x in the night.
Ds1 is better today and we went to soft play this pm so I put my feet up and had a coffee and a natter while he used up some energy!

Anyway, foodwise I have been grabbing some quick fixes etc which often have been biscuits! Oh well.

Katy and Susie - you two sound like you had lots of fun! Great photos. The babies are gorgeous!

LMG - Its great getting compliments! A real boost. Well done!

Morning all. Just as I thought, I have stayed the same this week, not surprising really I really went off the rails.

DH is going skiing tomorrow so I have 5 days on my own and can eat what I like when I like so I am going to have a good week. My aim is to lose 2 pound and get back in my elevens. I WILL DO IT, I WILL DO IT. Summer is round the corner I have a bag full of clothes I need to get back in to.

Morning.
I'm with you MrsFish, I have stayed the same this week too and am determined to get my stone by next week!
I had a big, healthy Tesco delivery today so I've got lots of good food.
I'm going to get back to the gym too.

So, the plan is porridge or muesli for breakfast,
Soup and pitta or homemade bread for lunch
Portion controlled dinners (1/4 plate protein, 1/4 carb and 1/2 steamed veg)
fruit, ryvita or cereal for snacks.
At least 1/2hr exercise 3x week

i put on half a pound
seems to be the cycle for me once a month.hay ho it'll be gone next week.
stiil got headache so i'm on a mission to find some tablets that work or it's back to the doctors for me.

Just having 5 mins, got 3 under 3 today (2 girls are in bed/ cot upstairs, still hearing the odd sound of them but nothing much so should be asleep soon!) Baby is in pushchair in the hall (usually sleeps in his own cot but he wakes the new mindee i have so while i'm settling her in I'm having him on the days they are both here together, it will all settle down soon and all 3 can sleep in the same room i hope!) We've been to soft play all morning we've come back and they have all had a good feed and nappies clean etc so nowt else for them to do except have a little snooze while I have my lunch and tidy the carnage they have created in my kitchen I'm having pasta with GFY chicken mayo and cherry toms.

Need to push myself to go swimming tomorrow night, haven't done any walking this week the only exercise i've had was at the gym on sunday - not really good enough! If it wasn't so windy and cold I'd go on the trampoline now and again - might have to start doing that when the evenings are nicer. Fingers crossed for at least 1lb off this week despite having had af!

i'm having a ham salad sandwich for lunch with a few chips.just sent dh for it.i'm hoping the stodge will clear my blardy headache.i can only see properly out of my left eye
i really need my eyes retesting but every time i get the money for new glasses something happens to the car and the money goes that wayu instead
