Get some piriton and calamine katy and she shouldn't itch too much, it will soon be over, I think the worst bit about it is having to stay in.
I had my weigh in last night, I'm not too impressed, I tried my best but didn't quite make it, oh well I will definitely get this 1st stone off by Friday because I've only got 1 lb to get off by then to have my 1st stone off! Thought af is around this week and god knows how long it will last this time or if i'll hold water after like I did last time. I'm going to try really hard again this week though won't go swimming because any exercise will make me want to eat loads and I get really tired when i've got af so going to take it easy and not over eat. What do you lot think?
My treats this week for losing 1 and a half lbs were......
ww choc bar, ww cookies (this was while still at ww meeting because i hadnt had dinner and was gutted about not losing my stone like i wanted - silly really) When i got home i had beans on 2 slices toast with a bit of grated cheese on top, 2finger kitkat, 1 glass WW wine.
This morning I've had a fry up (done as healthily as I could) 1 small pork sausage, 2 slices bacon, 1 egg, some mushrooms and 1 grilled tomato. (that was breakfast and lunch) I've just had a gfy hot choc and ww cookies - I feel like i've been really naughty when I see it all written down!
Fedda - anything is better than putting it on! Srtaying the same always gives me a hard kick up the bum!
