Afternoon ladies. I lost 2lbs this week, but tbh, I haven't eaten properly due to the pain I am getting. Steering completely clear of any fat so am living on a virtually fat free diet. Feeling rough, but have a scan next Monday, so hoping that I can find out exactly what I am up against and then start dealing with it. Today I have no appetite at all, sounds great I know, but it is actually really hard when you just don't want to eat. Not something I have ever had to deal with before. Anyway, enough about me.....
Colditz, please please do not give up now. You have done so well, 23lbs is fantastic. You have lost the same as me, and I am loving the feeling of fitting into smaller clothes. Bought a top in Dorothy Perkins yesterday and had to swap the size 18 for a 16. Best feeling in the world! As others have said, put it down to a bad week, put it behind you, and start tracking again! It's the only way I can do it
