I agree Fio, I think it's the monthly pass that has kept me going to class. Before, if I knew I was likely to have gained, I would have decided not to go and then never gone back iykwim. Hope your dd is ok now

VeniVidiVickiQV · 18/03/2008 11:07

Well done too mammyjo!

Had a dreadfully over-indulgent night last night, but, I deserved it, and it was my birthday after all.....I ate a whole back of popcorn and a tray of chocolate

Cuppa soups for the rest of this week

Sorry to hear you've had a bad month with DD, Fio. It's easy to get knocked off the wagon with that sort of thing

Ags · 18/03/2008 11:10

Well done Fio. Bite hard on that bullet. Hope it goes ok.

I had my weigh in and lost 1 lb. I am really pleased as I went a bit mental during the first half of the week (like for 5 days!) and managed to rein myself in for the last half. I was a bit worried I might have put on but thankfully not!

By the way can everyone check their most recent loss and total loss is correct on the list as the most recent list posted was not the most up to date. Most indignant that it did not include my amazing 6 lbs last week!!!!! So it may not include other losses either. Check so we can make sure it is correct and up to date.

SO .

Fio sorry to hear about dd. It is not easy to stay on the wagon at the best of times but with all that too, impossible I imagine.

mammyjo · 18/03/2008 11:17

Glad you enjoyed your evening VVV! Definitely an excuse for lots of scrummy food, if you can't eat what you like on your birthday then something is not right!!

Ags, sorry, did I post an old list? My copy and paste skills are not the best!

Ags · 18/03/2008 11:22

I think it has been posted for ages MJ. I just think everyone needs to check. We need all the motivation we can get eh?

Yes, and Happy Birthday VVV!

fedda · 18/03/2008 11:55

Okay, i've worked out mine now (it only takes me 5 month to understand the figures ) Fedda - total - 1, total - 11 (July - November 2007 if it counts).

fedda · 18/03/2008 11:57

Oh, no, I ment Fedda - 1, total - 11 (July-November 2007)

Oh well done Fio. Probably not how you wanted to achieve it, but being anxious can kill your appetite.

Well done to Ags too.

My nice things on my birthday have put me 24 points OVER for the week

I'm not sure I'll be able to make ALL of that up, unless I do some serious digging on the allotment this weekend.

You're right, one day out of 60 odd wont hurt. But, when you think - I'd think nothing of doing that several times a week (and yesterday's dinner was a low fat pizza and garlic bread so still relatively good).

I sit here and think to myself: I used to eat 2 sandwiches, a packet of crisps and something sweet for lunch. Dinner would be something quite rich/fatty. Always a sugary pudding of some sort. Biscuits would be eaten by the packet......can't believe I used to gannet that much.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 18/03/2008 13:20

and thank you!

Even I would struggle with that! I could eat a good few of them without too much trouble, but honestly think that 30 would be beyond even my chocolate eating skills

Ags · 18/03/2008 14:47

I love cream eggs but 30! I would be sick. Maybe 28 would be ok.

I always thought I ate quite well but when I count what my dh eats for dinner, it is well over my daily points. And I used to eat the same!

At ww meeting today, the leader told us that a medium cadbury dairy milk easter egg was 22 points! Just thought I would mention it!

LOL! I wondered about the husband!!!

But honestly - 30 farking eggs in a sitting???? its not possible, surely???

What are those mini egg thingies worth? (you know - the ones with the shell that is made to look like a real egg?)

Ags · 18/03/2008 17:02

Yeah weirdo husband indeed. Wish they would show that programme again about the extremely obese people and their feeders. Missed it the time it was shown but apparantly it was horrific.

Well done Fio on the stone! Fab result.

moodlumthehoodlum · 18/03/2008 17:08

Hello ladies, I'm back and still fat. I've not felt able to post because I have lost all willpower and fallen off the wagon into a ditch of snacking and calories and then further into a lake of wine. So its not going well. In fact, I've put on two pounds.

Well done everyone though, you have done so well and I'm so impressed.

I might have to join slimming world. This time last year I bought lovely summer clothes from America and I tried them on yesterday, and they only just do up (touch of the old camel toe in the trousers ), so it is time to lose the weight, otherwise I shall have no summer clothes to wear
