Quick meds has some stock

I spoke to bury, they don’t have 1mg anymore and won’t be getting any until Wednesday at the earliest

Quickmeds seems to have crashed from the number of people trying to order

I got quite far with quickmeds this evening and then the website crashed. So frustrating. I have one dose left at the moment.

Just let it load, mine is slowly progressing every few mins to the next page. Still hopeful I’ll get through, though whether they’ll have any left I don’t know.

I happened to look at Quickmeds before the email went out and bought before the rush with no problem which is a relief.

Yes there was stock from 5pm

got through to putting my billing details in and it seems to have properly 503 crashed now. got run club now so got to abandon, at least I've got a whole pen left so fingers crossed four weeks is enough to grab one.

I have found 0.5 has less effect on me. I was losing 2lbs a week on 0.25. Since being on 0.5 I've lost just half a pound in 3 weeks. I also feel hungrier on the higher dose.

I am also worried about the supply. If I can't get hold of it I can see a lot of money going down the drain as I'm about to go on holiday.

Have been on the website for an hour - now out of stock. So frustrating. And concerning.

I think I managed to get an order thru on quickmeds but not sure. I got a bad gateway error at the end (after putting card details in) but the money has been pended from my bank account. It now shows as a pending order on quickmeds but I've had no email confirmation.

Hello, question to you all. Would you start knowing that you are heading away from home at half term? I am scared to start. So much going on here at home and I am not coping well. But feel shit from binge eating (despite adhd meds) and drinking and smoking. To manage stress. I have an inflammatory gynae inssue so I know this will help. Keto did. But I'm scared.

@lost20000 honestly I'd wait until you're back home. You may or may not get side effects. If you do you, being away from home might not be ideal. I didn't get any nausea or diarrhoea but others have had it quite bad.

Has anyone gone into the tablets, are they a pain?

Has anybody moved onto saxenda since the shortages of oz? I'm debating it but not sure if it will be as good? When is wegovy gonna be available? So upset about the shortages

Tbh I would plan to start after you get back home from your trip. I say this as someone who did get bad nausea a few weeks after starting Ozempic.

You might not get any bad side effects but no way of knowing in advance.

I’ve got pcos and adhd and keto was magic for me - sounds like we might be quite similar, and I’ve found ozempic to work really well with very few side effects. :) you’ve got this! There’s no magic timeline you need to do it in, and the shortages will get better especially after wegovy is available here and the supplies to the uk increase.

Aw, don’t be so hard on yourself! Think what you would say if a friend confided that they were bingeing. You would probably be sympathetic not judgemental so try to be a friend to yourself.
It’s not a moral failing to be overweight.

Thank you for responding... I'm scared because I'm drinking each eve and then worried that it will make me ill if I start rhst way. Each day is a struggle and I don't know how to get out of this cycle

A lot of people have said ozempic has helped them stop drinking, because they don’t want to vs it making them feel sick. It seems to help with the dopamine response so should help your adhd too

Maybe make a plan so you know that things will change after your trip? Order the Ozempic so you have it ready but I personally wouldn’t start it before a trip. Up to you of course.
Lots of people find that they go off alcohol on it. I didn’t but I couldn’t tolerate much without being sick so it made me nervous about drinking. Ozempic does make it a lot easier to change all sorts of bad habits. But it works differently for everyone so no way of knowing how exactly it will affect you.

Adhd impulsivity kicked in, I've just done it. I've had three glasses of wine but so be it. I have to start somewhere. Thank you for all your kind comments and advice. I will try not to clog up thread with new starter questions.
