A thread for if you can’t keep up with threads but want somewhere to be accountable

Ive tried joining weight loss threads in the past but I always fall off, due to being too busy, getting behind and then feeling like I can’t just post all my crap without keeping up with everyone else’s lives.

So I’m going to be accountable here to myself/any others who join. If you literally just post your daily menu or whatever and then disappear without so much as a by-your-leave, I certainly won’t be the one to judge!

I have 12lbs to lose and I’m the fattest I’ve ever been. I’ve just come in from work and eaten absolutely loads, it’s no mystery as to why I’m getting fatter each day I’m just too bloody greedy.

I’m going to try intermittent fasting and calorie counting. 1400 a day in an 8 hour window. I’ll post my takings each day and I absolutely HAVE to do it this time or I’ll run out of clothes that fit.

It begins now! 💪💪💪💪

My scales seem to drain batteries so I put new ones in, weighed and took them out again - no idea when I can be bothered to try that again, but probably after my period now!

Please can I join? I have just weighed in at the heaviest I have been and I am getting married next year so would like to kick start now so I don't have a huge panic next year, and I also have lots of lovely events coming up before. Ideally would like to loose 2 and a half stone, am going to increase my activity and eat less crap!

Amazing stuff @IAmDoingIt you are indeed doing it!

I had hoped that the vitamin regime I started would help me feel much better but they haven't really. I've added in some biomel milkshake thingies and I'm hoping that may at least help my digestion which is struggling with the iron etc.

Still eating everything in sight sigh if only the weather would warm up a bit to feel like being out more!

I am! Clothes are starting to feel comfortable and hanging a bit better which I’m enjoying. I can see it being a long term thing too, keeping it going with the occasional plateau. I’m hopeful 😊

Thank you @PartnersInCrime although I don't think its a great username when I'm trying to loose weight haha. didn't have a good week I stayed the same which is terrible for my first week but I was so busy I didn't get to work out or anything. Have printed off some healthy meal ideas from pinch of nom and hoping that will kick start it!

Hope this week goes well.

I'm sticking to the vitamin regime, doing my best to eat within an 8 hour window failed last night and nearly completed a 14 day probiotic thing though not really seeing any benefits yet.

May get on the scales at some point if I can be bothered Blush
