Here's my plan:
I am going to do intermittent fasting.
I am going to do at least 5 exercise classes a week.
I am going to cut out carbs & sugar.
No alcohol sunday-thurs & only 2 glasses if I do partake.
I will weigh in on a Monday and record my progress here.
If anyone would like to join me, that would be lovely. Otherwise I'll just witter away to myself 😊
