I need to lose 3 stone.

Here's my plan:

I am going to do intermittent fasting.
I am going to do at least 5 exercise classes a week.
I am going to cut out carbs & sugar.
No alcohol sunday-thurs & only 2 glasses if I do partake.

I will weigh in on a Monday and record my progress here.
If anyone would like to join me, that would be lovely. Otherwise I'll just witter away to myself 😊

I'm sure it just water weight but there again the last week has been manic and I've not been eating so much junk.

I'm back where I started. I survived Christmas ok, then the house has been full of sweets and chocolates since.

I go on holiday in 4 weeks and need to put a dent in my fat stores

Well done for sticking at it @Doingitriggtthistime , I started Intermittent Fasting 16/8 three weeks ago and am down about 6 lbs. slow but steady. The mornings are hard but I drink a cup or two of tea or coffee, try to last to maybe 1.30 ish, have breakfast or lunch food, and then don't eat dinner again till 7, nothing after 8. Fingers crossed I can keep going....

Why are people warning against exercise? 😅 Exercise is great motivation for weight loss. 5 classes per week is fine but would recommend doing 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. I've got 3st to lose. Lost 2 already by running 5 days a week and eating healthily. You got this!

I don't think anyone has said anything against doing exercise other than one comment that exercise alone won't do much. There is that old saying you can't out run a bad diet.
