i lost 1/2 a pound.quite pleased as my missing af isn't due til this saturday derrr.

Lost a pound, but seeing I put 2 on last week it is still a net gain of 1LB. But I am not really trying very hard am I?

time off the month

I got the mirena and have very lightly had totm since 3rd feb which finally ended yesterday, very unamused but chuffed with the fact i've still lost weight since then.

its the bloatedness that makes me gain at totm.hence being really pleased with half off.

I'm afraid it's totf (time of the fedda). I had snack size snickers bar with 2 sugared coffee after my dinner

Today - celery stick before taking kids to school; muesli mixed with granola cereal. semi. coffee with 2 sugars and a piece of fudge; L - shop bought soup of root vegetables with pieces of lamb from yesterday's stew
d - roast chicken pieces in garlic, with garlic, lemon vegies boiled peas and cous cous followed by coffee with 2 sugars and snack size snickers.

Actually we do private rent, and have been for the last 17 years. Different landlords some good some bad. Present one very good, previous one neutral. I read about 6 months rent or something in advance, surely thats wrong?

Isn't that illeagal or something. We only paid one month as deposit and one month in advance, and pay monthly. These landlords are wonderful. The last ones tried to kick us out before we found a decent new place but we hu8ng on, quite legally until we found this place.
