Not doing VD here either, the times I have bothered dh hasn't, so the following year I'll not bother and then he will do something I will cook for him but that's it, mind you I cook every night
My aim is to get to 12 stone by the end of Feb and that will be 1 stone and 1 pound lost in 2 months then, I will be well chuffed with that
Sorry for my outburst earlier, my two boys have totally done my head in today, AF must definitely be on the way as I have been on a short fuse all day, and whilst sorting out ds2's clothes that he has grown out of already I burst into tears, the thought that, this is it now, no more babies and all the cute little outfits he has barely worn. I can't bear to give them away but I have so much along with a load of stuff of mine that the spare room looks like a jumble sale.
Today
B - 1oz Rice krispies and skimmed milk, large banana
L - mushroom and brocolli soup, 2 nimble and flora light, apple
T = Half a trout with BGTY Ceasar salad and 2 tblsp of cous cous
S - 2 funsize packs of choc buttons, option choc drink.
