I wear a size 10 but I feel like if I watched what I ate and exercised and was healthier I would be a size 6-8 as my frame is quite small. What size are you and what do you think your natural size is?

A size 10/12..im quite hourglass shaped with big hips and boobs but usually small around the waist.

Sadly these days im a comfortable 14 with far too much weight on my tummy so I'm
Back to the gym and calorie counting ti get back in shape!

Got a big family event in November so want 2 stone off by then.

Greeneyegirl · 29/08/2022 11:30

My natural shape (eg eating a balanced diet and excersise 3 times a week) is a 10 on top, 12 on the bottom. I have an exaggerated hour glass figure. 28G boobs, tiny waist, bigger hips and bum. I'm 5ft 6. Pre covid lock downs I was an 8 on top, 10 below and that took an awful lot of work. Excersise excessively and really watching what I ate. I prefer my body then but ultimately its not my natural figure. I'm definitely curvier when I have a healthy balance.

Bigdamnheroes · 07/01/2023 19:40

I think if I were a healthy weight, I'd be a 14.

Burnamer · 07/01/2023 19:41

What do you mean “naturally”? If I ate less I would naturally be smaller and vice Verza. I don’t get it?!

lovelilies · 07/01/2023 23:00

I should be a perfect 10. Im nudging a 12 now but not really that bothered. I don't carry it well though, look fat compared to larger people somehow!

Spendonsend · 07/01/2023 23:04

I have a small frame, i think i'd be an 8 on top and a 10 on the bottom if i hadnt over eaten. Im a 10-12 on top and a 12-14 on the bottom..

jjeoreo · 07/01/2023 23:05

Think if I ate to appetite and was disciplined, I'd be a small 10. But I'm greedy so now a comfy big 10-12 on the bottom and a 10 on top as phenomenally flat chested

Vaccine001 · 07/01/2023 23:05

12

Mañanarama · 07/01/2023 23:07

9.5 - 9.10 stone but currently knocking on 11. I need to lose a pound a week for a wedding in April. It shouldn’t be impossible but I’m getting older/menopausal, hate exercise, and am a total pig.

I might start a lose a pound a week thread. Anyone in?

boboshmobo · 07/01/2023 23:07

I don't think anyone's Skeleton with skin on is more than a 14 although I'm not convinced I subscribe to the theory everyone's skeletons are different sizes

I'd definitely be a small6 like I was as a teen . I'm 5 foot with tiny wrists and although a curvy size 10 I know I should be much smaller .

I move a lot though and watch what I eat so I think my metabolism is comfortable at this size annoyingly .

Currently a 8/10 on top and a 10/12 on the bottom. I’m quite small but I have a belly which I don’t think will ever be fully flat. I’m only 18 but it’s probably due to being obese since I was a child until about 11 when I just stopped eating due to being severely bullied when I went into secondary school. Since then I’ve been up and down but not bigger than a 14 which I haven’t been for the past few years.

RewildingAmbridge · 07/01/2023 23:29

10/12 depending on brand. I'm 5'9 and have broad shoulders. I'll never be petite. I got down to an 8 once and family members who would never usually notice let alone comment, pulled me aside to ask if I was ok and my dad straight out asked me if I was unwell. I felt great and was super fit, lots of rubbing and soon classes though not muscle building. Looking back at photos from that time my face looks a bit gaunt and my collar bone area was very boney. I do look better with a bit more weight on than that, although I was still within healthy BMI albeit bottom end.

RewildingAmbridge · 07/01/2023 23:31

Running and spin classes!

HelloBunny · 07/01/2023 23:34

8-10 when watching it.
12 when not watching it.
14 when eating shite...

Babamamananarama · 07/01/2023 23:35

I've never dieted, always eaten to my appetite and naturally inclined towards healthier food.
As a teen/young adult I was always very slim - size 8-10 and 8.5 stone.
Alcohol in my 20s and childbearing in my 30s meant weight crept on, not loads but I was about 10 stone at 40.
I then had cancer and loads of very intensive chemo and a stem cell transplant. I lost a lot of weight during treatment and went right down to about 50kg/7.5 stone which wasn't much fun as being bony hurts!
I've managed to get some weight back on in the 18 months since treatment but have 'stuck' at 8.5 stone again. I reckon this might be where I stay now.

sunshineandshowers40 · 07/01/2023 23:43

Naturally a 10, but I run 4 times a week so am a size 8

faffadoodledo · 08/01/2023 07:07

Was an 8-10 after I lost the baby weight following child number 2. And terminated that way for years. Menopause and life generally has caused me to rise to a 12. I'm not overweight obv, but I feel heavier than I ought to be.

caroleanboneparte · 08/01/2023 08:14

That wrist thing doesn't work for me. I've got very tapered inns with small wrists/ ankles and small hands/feet.

But I'm tall with a big frame.

Even at 21 bmi, lowest I ever was, I still had e cup breasts and size 10/12 hips.

I seem to plateau at 24 bmi size 10/12 top 12/14 bottom when I've dieted/ been healthy.

delilabell · 08/01/2023 08:27

A size 16 I think. Smallest I've been is a 14. Biggesr 28-30. Currently size 22/24.

Size 16 looked very good on me but wasn't forced.

lovelilies · 08/01/2023 17:35

sunshineandshowers40 · 07/01/2023 23:43

Naturally a 10, but I run 4 times a week so am a size 8

See running makes me bigger because it increases my appetite massively!

SisterAgatha · 08/01/2023 17:37

10 top, 14 bottom. If I lose anymore weight I look terribly ribby and there’s still no weight lost from the bum!

Rabbitsandhabits · 08/01/2023 17:42

I’m tall and broad shouldered and have decent pelvis/hips but long limbs. I was always a 10-12 as a late teen without any fat on me and settled into being a 12 my whole adult life despite three kids. I eat well and sensibly and have been a life long exerciser.
Since the menopause hit I’m a 12/14 and although I could of course lose weight somehow it would be a significant change in my normal eating habits to do so and I’m not that fussed. I have reduced and varied my portion intake since the menopause to accept my metabolism will have altered but I’m not prepared to be so strict about it just to be a 12. I’m quite happy with the rounder belly tbh if I can have the odd slice of cake or a glass of wine when I see my mates!

PauliesWalnuts · 08/01/2023 17:49

I’m probably a 10/12 on a medium frame. Another one who’s menopause has added on three stone so really working hard to lose a pound a week until a family wedding late September.

CaptainCallisto · 08/01/2023 17:53

Slap bang in the middle of my healthy weight range had me as a 14 (I'm 5'11"), though when I was dancing professionally, I was a curvy 12. I generally hover at a 16 if I don't think about it.
