Anyone taking ozempic?

Just as it says really- I'm on my 4th week and was wondering if anyone else has taken it as well?

Four days in and goodness I am impressed. Minimal side effects so far apart from maybe sleepiness in the afternoons and a very mild nausea in the mornings early in the week.

I have gradually got myself sorted with healthy food but didn’t have a great start to the week in terms of avoiding sugar etc but must have had less than usual and also ate out last night and definitely had much less than I usually would have.

Amazingly I am already 2kg/4.4lb down in four days. It is obviously very early days but I have high hopes that this is something that will finally help me stick to a healthy eating plan without the constant falling off the wagon and line drawing.

This post and subsequent posts about significant weight loss gives me hope, prescription got today, will start next week
