Exante

Anyone here starting Exante?

I'm just waiting for my 4 week pack to arrive

I'm 5ft 1 and 13st 2lbs, looking to get to around 10st then will reassess.

I work shifts and am a single parent so really struggle with planning meals and having the motivation to cook after work or on the weekends.

I'm on a similar plan. Have lost 10lbs since I started on 4th Jan which is a great motivation. They are easy enough to follow aren't they? Just hard to stick to when surrounded by normally eating family members which I am.

10littledinosaurs · 08/01/2022 10:07

@Campervan69 10lbs is amazing well done!
Luckily I won't be surrounded by other people eating as I live alone, and I have a freezer stash of healthy meals for toddler, but in the same breath it means if I give in there will be no one to reprimand me Blush
I have a wall calender and I'm going to just take every day as it comes and cross off the days as I go, I know it will annoy me if I break a streak then Grin

Do you know what this pineapple boost thing is? They're all talking about it in the Facebook group.

10littledinosaurs · 08/01/2022 13:48

@Campervan69 no I have no idea, is that on the exante Facebook group?

OP posts:
Campervan69 · 08/01/2022 14:07

Oh no sorry a different plan. How does exante work? What can you have when hungry?

10littledinosaurs · 08/01/2022 19:15

It's a meal replacement plan, 3 products a day then a 200 calorie meal
What plan are you doing?

OP posts:
Campervan69 · 08/01/2022 20:41

It's just the same. The New You Plan. Shakes, bars, meals etc. I'm hungry tonight, how are you getting on?

10littledinosaurs · 09/01/2022 08:04

Today is my day 1, just about to weigh myself, my box arrived yesterday!
I have heard of the new you plan, they're all much the same aren't they.
What day are you on? I'm dreading the first few days although I am also excited and motivated at the same time Grin

10littledinosaurs · 09/01/2022 08:12

Oh god just weighed myself and I'm actually 13st 6lbs Blush

I am on The New You Plan too and lost 61lbs in 14 weeks. We do have a thread if you want to have a read on here. It is so much cheaper than other vlcds and I love the packets!

10littledinosaurs · 09/01/2022 08:22

Hi @Hippywannabe is the thread just for the new you plan?
That is an insane weight loss well done!

I did Exante up until around mid December and am about to jump back on. I have another stone or two to go and then I'll just be maintaining.

10littledinosaurs · 09/01/2022 08:38

@WhoWants2Know how long were you doing it for? Did you lose much weight?

How did you find the savoury exante items? I've used the shakes and bars before but not the soups etc

I'm determined to fit into my work trousers comfortably rather than squeezing in, that's my first goal!

Hippywannabe · 09/01/2022 13:57

Hi, most of.us on our thread are New You Planners, I think but all are welcome.

supertedious · 09/01/2022 15:16

I'm about to start it. I've spent the last week prepping and getting rid of the Christmas food. I think I will be fine in the week but the weekends will be tough Confused

10littledinosaurs · 09/01/2022 16:20

@supertedious amazing when are you starting? I've had 2 products today, trying to hold out for as long as possible in between products haha.

I've got a 10hr shift tomorrow and never eat at work anyway, so going to take a bar with me for the way home, a big water bottle then have the rest when I get in, kind of like intermittent fasting I suppose?

Today hasn't been too bad to be fair, drank lots of water

supertedious · 09/01/2022 16:23

@10littledinosaurs Thanks Smile I am starting tomorrow. I've got back in the habit of food tracking and weighing everything but I like the idea of just choosing a bar/shake for the daytime at work.

Yes I must remember to drink lots and keep active to help the hunger pangs

Do you weigh yourself weekly?

10littledinosaurs · 09/01/2022 18:44

@supertedious I will probably weigh myself weekly, I normally weigh daily but the problem is then once I see the number going down I think its OK to reward myself with food!
Are you part of the Facebook group?
Just eating the sweet and sour noodles and they're OK to be fair, I added some chilli for spice but nice to have something savoury

Campervan69 · 09/01/2022 18:53

I'm mixing in my leftover Cambridge soups, shakes and porridge. One a day. I think they are much nicer than the New You ones. But more expensive I guess. The porridge especially I much prefer the texture of.

Amisilli · 09/01/2022 19:39

I'm starting tomorrow. Got a long haul holiday in March and I'm determined to lose weight to enjoy it!

Paperyfish · 09/01/2022 20:07

Me! Started 1st jan ( as is the tradition) and down 8 lbs as of Saturday! Interested in this new plan if it’s a lot cheaper. Am over the worst of it now and no longer feel hungry. I look at the kids dinner and know I would like it, but it’s not to hard to revsist as I have zero hunger. It’s very odd indeed!

Campervan69 · 09/01/2022 20:16

I can send you a referral code and you get the starter bundle for £21 delivered. Its a weeks supply.

TheCreamCaker · 09/01/2022 20:24

I did the Exante diet a few years ago. I found the shakes really quite nice. I lost just under 4st in 4 months........but when I got to a weight/size I felt happy with and then started eating food, I found I was ravenous! Within 6 months I'd gained 3st of that weight back.

Starting again.

Paperyfish · 09/01/2022 20:33

@Campervan69 yes please to the referral code!
