Honestly I would go for the credit note or is there a bigger size you can get. It’s a number in a bit of fabric. If you keep them they will tease you.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/01/2022 15:10

Or can you sell them on eBay?

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/01/2022 15:10

I need to go through my clothes and actually buy a wardrobe

Gensola · 08/01/2022 16:21

not I previously would have said keep them but I just literally last night went through my wardrobe and piled up all the tiny stuff that doesn’t fit me any more (sob)) and am giving it away. I’ve been trying to get back into it for too long. I folded up one skirt to try again after 12 week PT but the rest is history.
Need to get my workout in before cooking supper - making a venison and mushroom stew with mashed herby edamame beans.

Not2bObvious · 08/01/2022 16:28

I'm starting to feel you lot don't think I can lose weight? I'm unsure as to how I gave you all that impression😂😉😂

Happierwithouthim · 08/01/2022 17:40

We believe you can lose weight but they sound like a step too far. Wink

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/01/2022 17:55

We are totally on your side and fully believe in you, but also know how easy it is to be demotivated

Not2bObvious · 08/01/2022 18:19

Ahh lads I'm only messing! I'm starting to realise I might need half a hip removed. The receipt though has escaped me, must find that first.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 08/01/2022 19:17

We know you are not.
Which leg are you removing to fit the jeans?

Not2bObvious · 08/01/2022 19:28

Right as the right hips the sketchy one😬

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/01/2022 20:04

Good plan. Hopping burns calories as well as walking I’m sure

22 malteaser teasers

Gensola · 08/01/2022 20:50

Haha 😆 not we believe in you! Hopping is excellent exercise. I used to have a PT that made you hop around the gym between sets.
Did a workout - 40 min spin. Cals 1400 and closing up kitchen for the night.
Macros a bit off but I’ll get there. I don’t believe in low fat yoghurt etc so I may struggle to keep it down but as long as I’m not starving and my calories are ok I don’t think that should be a problem.

Happierwithouthim · 08/01/2022 21:13

Maltesers barely count!

Amputation-extreme!

Had 3 dough balls with my on track Bolognese & penne pasta. I'm not bothered about 300 cal snack daily so I'm just working my way through the rice crispie bars that dc got sick of!

Mrsmadevans · 08/01/2022 21:21

I am a great believer in you Not Grin but going from my own experience l have done exactly the same and the amount of unworn clothes in my wardrobe because 'one day l will wear them' Hmm
Haven't been good at all today , my Mum has been so difficult l can't tell you , just a snapshot , she wouldn't go in the shower for me until gone 11 Hmm there's much more but that is just a taster , FML

Not2bObvious · 08/01/2022 21:30

Ok girls - my teen who's a small size 6 tried them on, and they are a little loose. I think we've established they were never ever going to fit. What she doesn't know she's around 50lb lighter than me.
She now owns them (and was happy so I must be cooler than I think!), so I don't have to bother returning them for a scarf of shame (aka the scarf we wear to hide the guttiness!)

Mrsmadevans · 08/01/2022 21:40

Your loss is your DD gain Not Grin
oh to be a size 6 , l don't think l have ever been a size 6 in my life Hmm

Not2bObvious · 08/01/2022 22:45

I think my leg (the one I willing I was to chop off) might be mrs😁

OP posts:
Gensola · 08/01/2022 23:52

Size 6!! In jeans! Never in my life and I’m a short arse too, sadly also a big arse 😂

I’m feeling good about this whole meal plan melarkey. Mind you it is day one.

mrs my granny did this to me and my mum on Xmas day - wouldn’t get in the shower for two hours. Combined with torrents of abuse. Thankfully I only see her a few times a year, I don’t see how my mum and aunt cope with it on a weekly basis! Hope you get a good night sleep at least Smilex

Not2bObvious · 09/01/2022 01:08

Omg, never seen a 6 unless it was in chicken nuggets. To be honest, she's closer to a 4 & it's an awful worry. But that's another story.anywho, let's all be glad our worries are on the ok side, and let's bloody do it. Peter Preece passed away, who I think some of us knew or knew of this week. I'm soo sad, even though I didn't know him personally but such a gentle lovely man. All he ever wanted to find their goal and meet it. Soo sad right now

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 09/01/2022 08:28

No way. Was he Ill? What a lovely man he was.

Size 6 . Ha ha ha ha

You are all doing well.
. It’s one day mrs sometimes we need to eat our feelings

Don’t think I’ve lost any weight this week. Lost some bloat and getting back into the mindfulness eating and fitness. That will do me

Daily weigh in done - 140.8, so two pounds down on yesterday. I know it’s all water but it made me happy!
I saw that about Peter Preece, very sad, he seemed lovely. I wonder if Team you know who will say anything?!
Need to get my steps and a workout in today, I didn’t feel too hungry yesterday which was good.

Not2bObvious · 09/01/2022 09:21

Saw it mentioned briefly in their daily post and then it was gone, a lot of bad blood there. So bloody sad though, his poor family & friends, I'd just watched a live of his from Monday on the morning he passed and was thinking he looked really well. Then saw the news in the afternoon, completely shook.
Up a smidge yesterday, but still in the 166's so that's ok. Well done gen, clearly a bit of bloat floating around

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/01/2022 11:01

Pump and aerobics done. Beasties my legs so will do the other instructors pump which is more upper body next time. Dom’s are better now though

Hmm yes lots of bad blood but I suppose if they mentioned it in a good way

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/01/2022 11:17

And only had light weights on
