I'm just so pleased with myself so far and I can't gloat in real life without looking like a huge dickhead.

BUT I've lost almost 5 stone this year so far and I'm so fucking proud of myself.

Anyone else want to give themselves a big pat on the back?

Well done! That's a tremendous achievement! I've lost 24lb so far this year & it's bloody hard work, 5st is amazing & you have every right to be proud of yourself.

I've lost 13kgs since February. Not sure what that is in stones. But it's nearly 3 dress sizes.

I'm currently yo-yoing and it's making me really chuffing miserable. I'm seriously starting to consider a gastric balloon.
