Hmm, I think I'm coming down with a cold. Blah.
Mascara don't give up! Keep at it til Christmas because then it'll only be having a couple of days off and you won't even have to lose any more - you'll be maintaining it by having a cheeky couple of days off, that's the way I'm looking at it.
Looks like all my gym has paid off, I am 10.6 again this morning, even with my huge PMT boobs (I reckon they HAVE to weigh at least half a pound extra EACH. My boyfriend would agree....)
Today I had fromage frais and some granola & oats for breakfast, and a small apple.
Then lunch was salad salad salad with low fat cheese, and a little bit of sesame oil - it's got such a strong flavour you don't need much! Then some VERY low fat yoghurt and oats afterwards, with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. It's not a sugary as jam, and I like it mixed in with yoghurt! This one is mainly I think for cooking in Indian food, it's only 33cals per 100ml. Brill!
Feel totally full now and hoping to eat lots of fruit this afternoon and not anything else. Mum's coming tonight, so I will prob eat out over the weekend and not get to the gym. Hmmmm...... Mind you I am in rehearsals for 8 hours over the weekend so I can't go that badly wrong, I won't have a chance to get out and eat!
I am now obsessed with the "Make your own muesli" bar at Wholefoods Market where I got the granola. I want to go back and get more more more! It works out so much cheaper for things like the Southern Alps dried figs and so on - Cranberry charge about £1.29 per 100g and this is £3.99 per 500g, so I just add the cheapo rolled oats from Morrissons at 79p a kilo or whatever, and buy loads of lovely dried fruit and chopped dates to add to it - it's brilliant!
My only problem with snacking on blueberries etc - I love them, but they're WAY too expensive. I refuse to buy something that's £3 for that tiny litle box, I would rather eat a British apple
