Is this what Ritchie is always going on about that people betrayed him or whatever? He is too shouty for me, plus I didn’t lose weight on their plan so I won’t be going back to them. I do still try for 15,000 steps a day though.
I love food and cooking - in another life I’d love to have owned a cafe or a deli. I love reading cookbooks too.
Have to force myself out to the cabin to do a couple of hours work but really don’t want to.

Mrsmadevans · 07/03/2021 16:19

I don't know anything about these ppl or groups am l so out of the loop and old that they have all passed me by Grin
Food okish, need to up the ante to start losing again ! Hmm
Beautiful day here, have just got the washing in first dry outside of the year!!!!

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/03/2021 18:21

Thinks so gen.
Don't worry Mrs. It's a Facebook weigh loss group we have all been members of in the past

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/03/2021 18:33

20300 steps. Cake was worth every calorie

Not2bObvious · 07/03/2021 18:54

That's excellent steps life, cake be obliterated by them. Just over 12,000 now, around 1500 cals in, will probably leave it there after the last 2 nights splurges. Painted my nails, did some mindful colouring, drinking squash, listening to audiobooks. Waking at 5.30 daily is making my days soooo long. But l shouldn't complain, I got a decent sleep. Hoping to go for a jog before work tomorrow in a park near me, for a change of scene

Happy international women's day you fabulous strong wonderful women.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/03/2021 09:23

Not keen on nutricheck app

ememem84 · 08/03/2021 09:40

i have fallen off the thread again. must keep up.

i finally weighed myself this morning for the first time in a month.

the rest was... 77.8kg. so it's sneaked back up.

started the day with porridge with blueberries chia seeds and flax seeds. an earl grey with milk.

since then i've had a hot water, 500ml water and am now on green tea.

am walking with a friend at lunchtime. so will get a few steps in then.

sigh.

Not2bObvious · 08/03/2021 10:01

Happy International Women's Day all! Let's slay the day...or survive it at least😉
I didn't like nutracheck either life, no idea why people rave about it. I am very invested in mfp but I'm not one to persist in using things that don't serve me. I just find it better.
Got a 6,000 step jog/slog done. In work now trying to get stuff done. Haven't made my breakfast yet so that's something to look forward to, veggie sausage & crumpet. Down .4 today, average down another smidge. Getting there

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 08/03/2021 10:28

I'm sticking with MFP. 7800 here but that will be about it as chained to laptop

Not2bObvious · 08/03/2021 16:59

Just over 14,000 between slog/jog, work, shopping, walk bank/chemist. That's me done. Bloody long day, awake since just after 4.30, bastard bladder.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/03/2021 17:40

10200 as walked girl child to dr

Gensola · 08/03/2021 17:45

I’m on 13,000 steps, food has been ok. Am feeling exhausted and as a result craving wine, crisps, nuts etc. Why do we crave stuff that only makes it worse?!

Not2bObvious · 08/03/2021 17:49

It's the instant gratification the salty/sweet stuff gives us I reckon gen, hits the bloodstream quick. Of course I sometimes cants get it in my gob quick enough, they are the bad days (8-12 quality street in a rowBlush) Once I have wine, I have little or no control, it's like it triggers the bold switch

OP posts:
ememem84 · 08/03/2021 18:14

9764 steps.

Mrsmadevans · 08/03/2021 20:39

Mrsmadevans · 08/03/2021 21:36

So glad she is ok Life Flowers

Not2bObvious · 08/03/2021 21:50

Ouch, poor dd life. Good cals there, I'm around the same. Nice steps em, good to see you back posting. Woohoo on the line drying mrs, there's just something nice about line dried washing. In bed all evening. Felt cranky & didn't think it was fair on them all to subject them to my bad humour. We've one child back to school next week and the other not til the 12th April, it's taking its toll
