Me! I’d like to lose 1.5stone hut as I’m breastfeeding and sleep deprived am permanently eating crap! I’d like to start by sticking to Balanced 3 meals a day and see what happens! What’s your plan?

My baby’s 6 weeks. I need to lose 1.5 stone to get to pre baby weight but would like to lose a bit more to.

I’m going to count calories, try and keep it to 1,200 a day and lots of walks in the pram.

I’m 11.6 today

Sounds like we’re pretty similar then! I’m rubbish at sticking to plans and strict diets (especially with 3 kids under 3 stressing me out all day!) so I’m going to make little tweaks and see how this affects my weight loss. Today I tried to drop k more water, no snacks and. I eating after 6pm. Will see how it goes then make more tweaks if necessary. How often are you going to weigh yourself?

Can I join? My baby is 11 weeks. I’m breastfeeding too and he’s a hungry baby - I’m basically eating toast and crap constantly. I want to lose 2 stone maybe - will weigh myself tomorrow. My plan is to try to eat better, and stop eating so much after dinner and when I’m more tired than really hungry.

My eldest is back at school this week so I’m going to make the most of walks with the baby!

I’m really bad and weigh myself everyday!

I usually weigh myself most days but am going to try to stick to once a week. Sunday’s I think. Day 2 of the diet that isn’t reLly a diet has gone quite well. 3 meals and only one snack of a few choccy buttons. Lots of water too xx 6pm now so not eating again till tomorrow. How has your day been?

My days pretty much been the opposite no meals just snacking all day but I don’t think I’ve done too badly. Won’t have anything but Diet Coke till tomorrow now!

I have meals but they’re a bit haphazard except for dinner, usually DH cooks that and he is a good cook, likes to make healthy stuff. I make lunch for DD2 but then can’t decide what to eat myself, so I’ll just pick at stuff and end up eating loads, mostly cheese and bread and crisps. I’m horrified but not surprised that I’m almost 11st. I’m only 5’1” so that’s pretty overweight. So I need to lose between 1.5-2st to be a healthy weight. Hmm. Terrible day yesterday. So much jammy toast. Will be sensible today. Toddler is at nursery which makes things easier in every respect!

Today’s not going well for me! Been up since 5 with the baby so am tired and craving sugar. Have had one biscuit and about 5 chocolates (Cadbury’s heroes) so far between meals.

I’ll join too. I need to loose just over 10 stone. Currently weigh around 10 stone. Have started low carb for about 10 days now but haven’t lost anything which is unusual for me as I usually lose quite quickly at the start :(

Had a day of no proper meals apart from a salad for dinner and picking all day again. Lots of walking today though I’m knackered! Going back on the pill soon, hoping that helps with weight loss as usually it does (I’m on Yasmin)

Me too please! Not sure what I need to lose but would like to get fit and feel myself again.

Had my second baby 8 weeks ago, hoping to be signed off this week, and planning on doing couch to 5k. Also need to stop with the biscuits and cake!

Have started doing these exercises in front of the telly

I like some of the back exercises they do too - need to strengthen it - as picking up two kiddies is taking its toll, and my breastfeeding posture is rubbish!

The Christmas goal is a good idea!

My wee girl is 15 weeks, I'm breastfeeding and need to lose 6 kg to get back to weigh at booking appointment, would like to lose another 10kg after that. I did IVF and hoping to try for a sibling so need to get the weight off. I did Cambridge plan before but can't do that while breastfeeding so going to try low carb.

LassoOfTruth · 09/09/2020 16:58

My 2nd C section too. Found recovery much harder this time so still only able to do fairly gentle exercise
