It got a bashing from BEAT and those who've suffered from eating disorders. Apparently it was very triggering and all the things you shouldn't do to avoid getting one.

Sing I'm food shopping tomorrow (have downloaded the Lidl plus app for £5 off £25 spend) and my meal plan is literally just stuff with salad. It's going to be hot all week and the dc will eat it.

Anything like this is always advised against if you’ve an eating disorder. They probably should have put some sort of disclaimer, I got really into 5:2 and then fast 800, there were very clear directives when embarking on either as my recollection goes. But no bad publicity as they say

My chocolate biscuit habit is now catching me up. 18400 tracked steps but I had to charge my watch.

0.4 down or 0.6 can't remember. Still way off what I was a couple of weeks ago Blush and 9lb up on my lowest.

It’s on for the next 2 Wednesdays life, worth a watch I guess.
Down 1.6 from last Fridays 161, 159.4 today. I was 165.8 on Monday so that goes to show how much bloat a weekend of semi feck it can accumulate.
You’re getting there wreck, I’m absolutely no great example but try remember all this when you’re tempted to go off track. Being overly restrictive just leads to complete lunacy sometimes. I feel personally I cannot keep having this argument with myself, do I want to fit in the nice jeans with no muffin top more than I want a muffin? Yes I do, so I need to not eat the bloody muffin! Stopping & waiting has helped me greatly, sit with the want for a while, let it go if you can.

Yay for weight losses and money gains!

We went out for breakfast today so ate a lot including too much carbs but god it was amazing. And I definitely would have still had lunch in the past but I didn’t eat anything until 4.

Watched the first episode and enjoyed it, looking forward to seeing how they all do!

I'm on 999 so far although there's been a fair few hypo treatments not included so will probably be on maintenance but the time I've finished dinner. Just remembered all the fig rolls I ate in the middle of a horrible hypo, the heat really affects my sugar levels! Ah well Smile maintenance is fine for me.

Sing where did you go? I love going out for breakfast.

Hi all, so bloody hot today, 35!

Have mostly drank my calories today, lots of juicy water and a couple of coffees.
Had toast for breakfast, couldn't eat at lunch as felt ill.
Dinner was a simple salad and a bit of French stick.

Up a bit from yesterday. I did eat like 8 fig rolls though Grin I'm going to do 30 min weights of some kind then 30 min Pilates to make myself feel a bit better I think. Unfortunately I already have two meals out planned next week...

Riding done for the day. And am on 11814 steps so far. Aiming for 20k today.

We had breakfast out at local cafe. Ds loved it!

I had eggs and bacon and avo on sourdough. Yum

Am also day 8 no booze. Yay.

17813 steps. Not quite my 20k. But enough!!!

A lot of that was riding - but I count it as exercise so it counts! Also some was this evenings chasing ds on the beach being “mummy opopopus” essentially running after him waving arms and legs about and making a silly noise. 😂

I would def count the riding too em you need a strong core for that so I would be useless 😳 I’ve only just started being able to lift my knees up while lying on my back (definite NSV there though!) awww at mummy opopopus 😍

Was just Brewers Fayre wreck as that’s what our local is (part of a premier inn) - usually quiet even before lockdown, we decided to avoid the EOTHO offer as even full price it was only £18 for the five of us 😋 and we were literally the only guests the whole time we were there.

I went for an actual run.... The first couple of minutes saw dust clouds coming off my trainers. It has been so long.
