I'd like to lose 3st and be healthier all round.

I don't need a diet, I need to make realistic and sustainable changes - 1 meal at a time focussing on the long term rather than the short. Starting tomorrow. Nothing is off limits, my only rule is to try and make healthier choices with all of my food whether that be avoiding something or simply having a bit less.

Would anyone be interested in joining me for a bit of moral support and banter along the way?

Moving this to the right topic for you now, OP.

What do you normally eat in a day?

TwoFeets · 28/02/2020 20:48

Too much!

Meals are generally healthy(ISH) but portions could be smaller and snacks definitely don't help 🤦

Organisation is a big thing I need to sort out.

How's it going?

Thinking Slimmer (Slimpod app) has been a huge help to me. 12 months in and 3 stone down with a much healthier attitude to food and great support from the Facebook group!
