I've had a really rubbish few months. I've yo-yo-Ed around on the diet, really good weeks, terrible weekends.
I've lost and gained the same 5lbs about 6 times
I need more sleep
I need less wine
I need to actually stick to the diet which i know works for me
I run loads but I don't look after myself properly and I am getting aches, pains and injuries
I have a interview on Friday for my first work in 4.5 years

I need to get my shit together in October! Anyone with me?

Starting Tuesday:
Cal counting and cut the carbs
Go to bed before 10pm
drink more water, less coffee, and no wine
Take my vitamins
Keep up my running and circuits (I have a race on Sunday) but do some stretching to sort my injuries out

Loads of other stuff as well, but that's a good start!

Have signed up for clubbercise again tonight. Will have to go now I've paid a fiver!

Thanks flowery.

I didn't manage Fast800 today but I don't think I went too overboard and I haven't had loads of extras.

I will try during the day tomorrow and could feasibly have a low carb/ lowish cal day but I have a pta function in the evening so I will need wine afterwards.

I had a reasonable weekend although did eat a few extra calories and did drink some wine. Ended up with a total loss of 5lb last week making me now 10.7.5

I'm going to do a Fast800 day today and a hiit workout. I haven't done my menu for the week ahead yet so after the school run I'll go through the fridge and freezer and write the list.

How's everyone got on over the weekend? Have a good week!

I was down to 10.7 this morning, so half a pound off. I haven't had the best few days, although today has been much better. I ran this morning, nice low carb brunch of bacon, egg and avocado. Dinner will be a chicken tikka masala with cauliflower rice and loads of veg.

My dc have been ill but they're back to school tomorrow so I've scheduled in a good long run. It's been a very slow month for me, running wise; I've only done 34km whereas normally I average 5km every day.
