did we reach any agreement on a meet up date ion August?

I don't think so - WWB was going to check with her DH as one of the dates was just before his birthday.

Anyone else feel like coming along to my house (Oxfordshire), either Friday 10th or 17th August? All welcome.

I can do either but need to book them fairly quickly (I'm so in demand you know!).

I can do either too, but I'll need to know soonish if it's the 10th as I'll have to organise the office!

Can we try to invite Littlefish? I know she a lurker but I thought she was lovely would be nice to see her again?

I think inviting Littlefish would be lovely too. She sounds nice whenever she posts......mind you, you all sound lovely when you post! In fact this is the only bit of MN I visit regularly as the rest seems to get very angry and nasty with regular monotony! Or am I just too sensitive!?!

Can't get onto hotmail at the moment so the weights will have to wait a while. It also means I haven't emailed littlefish yet but will do that as soon as I can (unless KC gets there first).

Spoken to dh, and he says 17th August would suit him best - he's taken a couple of days off work and would be quite happy to drop me off and then go off worshipping the great god Steam at Didcote, or finding somewhere to go out on his new bike while I drink tea and gossip.
