Two months One stone

I have a holiday coming up. I have two months to lose one stone.

Can I join you? Unfortunately I don't have a holiday booked, but I do need to lose a couple of stone.
I did actually weigh myself this morning and I'm 10st 10.5lbs.
I feel and look awful thanks to my fatness.

This time last year I had half a stone to lose now it's full stone
First time in my life I've had to think about my weight so it's not going to be easy for me to actually have to think about what I put in me gob!

Oh I don't have a plan either other than eat less and move more.

I don't think I have what it takes to do some of this low carb stuff.
I like all foods so I don't want to cut anything out, just eat less of it.

I don't drink coffee but I am partial to a couple of glasses of wine in the evening.
So yes to upping the water.
My knees have got fat also, almost overnight I swear.
I have no idea how to shift knee blubber.

No. Sadly I don't. However, I tend to do so much better when I eat fewer carbs. So, perhaps my plan should look like this:
Daily calories under 1250; 1400 at absolute push
Daily carbs under 100gs, should be more like 50gs but I'm just not as good as I used to be.
Daily exercise for fitness and muscle tone.
Anyone else got a better idea?! Pleeeeease?

I'm doing 1200 calories a day, logged and tracked on MFP. I do allow myself a takeaway at the weekends. I've cut alcohol consumption down but if I want a few I just factor it into my daily calorie count (obviously needs to be planned in advance).
I've lost 1st1lb in 6 weeks. It helps that I'm currently in the right mindset- I had that lightbulb moment when I realised how bad things had got and was quite frankly horrified! It started there and then, no tomorrows.
I've still got 2st to go, my target weight is at the lower end of a healthy BMI range but is my happy weight.

Not sure what I weight but I go between 11st 13lbs to 12stone 3lbs, would love to be 9stone 7 lbs ( my smallest ) but I think that will set me up to fail, ideally I'd like to be 10stone 4 lbs but would be happy if I could at least lose a stone, I've got no will power and love chocolate way too much!! Will weigh myself tomorrow xx

Can I join too? Had a baby 10 weeks ago and wouldn't be in so much of a rush to lose the weight except got a holiday and wedding in September.
Currently 13 stone would like to be 11st 7lb or less if possible...

Can I join you all? I’ve got a 9 month old and think I need to stop with the excuse of “having a newborn” ..... going to use mfp and aim for 1400 cals. No real opportunity for exercise right now but it’s my diet that’s caused me to reach my heaviest weight I’ve ever been anyway, hopefully exercise will come later ! What’s everyone’s menu for today?

I'm in! Just got back from stuffing my face for 3 weeks solid in South of France and look 5 months pregnant 🙄
10 st 3, want to get back to 9st 7 which is my happy weight.
Plan to use MFP and cut out alcohol during the week and drastically reduce carbs even though I'm a bread addict.

Checking in on day one.
Weighed and took measurements this morning, also took 'before 'photos not pretty for a bit of incentive.
All I will say is that day one has not gone to plan.
I'm hoping for a better week.Will check in next Monday.

Well my day one was an absolute disaster yesterday.
I woke up this morning really sad with myself because I couldn't even do one day!
I'm going to try much much harder today.

I've had a tiny breakfast and will have a small lunch. Fish cakes and salad for dinner.
