What do you think I weigh. What size clothes?

The reality of the reading on the scales and you being unhappy with that must be incentive enough. Random guesses about size and weight will do you and your confidence no good.

14.5 stone and size 18-20

15 stone size 20

I'm very, very unhappy with my weight.

Have yoyo'd for years without any real loss. A tone or 2 down at most.

I would say 16-18 clothing and around 15 stone. I similarly need to ditch the lbs.

You would be better posting on the weight loss threads. You'll get great advice and encouragement.

This isn't going to work either op. Some folks will try to flatter you. Will you not wish to believe them? You've posted a picture of yourself in a dress that is very forgiving. You've done this for a reason. If you really wanted to face it, you'd have worn something that showed your body more.

You know your weight and dress size. You know you're over weight, likely classified as medically obese.

Posting pics of youtself in what is likely your most slimming outfit and asking People to guess your weight and dress size isn't going to help you. And it doesn't scream someone who wishes to face it.

Why would I want to show my body more at this size. Everything I own is a black dress with leggings or pyjamas.

This is a really interesting website, you put in your height, weight, age, sex etc and it shows you how other people carry that.

You're never a size 22!!

To be honest it's not the best photo to judge from. It doesn't allow us to see around your middle. You look like a taller version of me. I'm 10.6 stone and a size 12.
