I had all the right intentions but dd decided I didn't need to sleep and I ate my way through it instead.

I have 15 weeks til a mini holiday so aim to lose a lb a week minimum by then.

Does anyone want to join in? I'm planning on calorie counting but might possibly turn to slimming world if I can't stay on track after a few weeks.

That's good I think it would kill me!

I have a cross trainer I need to start using again. I'm also aiming for 10k steps a day and 1200cals on mfp.

I think I've just had my epiphany moment as I'm at work and my chin rub has made a hole in my trousers Blush

Not a great week - comfort eating and TOTM led to a 1lb gain. I’m trying to pick myself up again...

Hi, I'm starting tomorrow after not getting my butt in gear from after Xmas! Confused

Also doing mfp and as much exercise as I can although I don't have any child free time other than when I'm at work and dd has a broken leg atm so can't do too much..

Hoping that finding a thread will keep me on track and away from choc!

Well I did well until last night, 5k Run and a 5K walk yesterday feeling great.... then ate my body weight in sweetcorn fritters! Of all the bloody things to binge on! Pie and Chips didn't help either...or the cinnamon rolls....

Trying to pull back today - damage limitation. Having a busy day at work & a gym session tonight.

Have a god Monday everyone.

*Good Monday - Grin not getting religious about diets just yet!
