Oh I see .. it's good though if you don't have kids yet then I think you will have good time to spend on workout if you want . You are right leaving drinks helps . I haven't had any sodas 🥤 or any sugary drink today .. I just can't go out much because of kids but I will start that too. You should try to like go out for a walk . That used to help me before I had kids

Hello there, I'm new here too! Christmas hit me hard and after gaining almost a stone it's time for me to finally do something about it! I'm 5ft5 and 11st9lbs, but seem a lot bigger due to carrying all my weight around the middle (no boobs or bum sadly). I lost just under 4lbs this week bringing me to 11st5.4lbs but have in and had a chicken nugget happy meal AND a big Mac meal today! I know disgusting Confused

2angelbabies · 25/01/2019 18:26

Hey welcome .. yeah you know one of my friend lost her weight by dieting good for 6 days of the week and one day she ate whatever she wanted .. she lost weight good too .. so it's ok to have one day of the week .. just add some fruits in your diet for that day too ..

I love the whole lapse, relapse, collapse thing! Tomorrow is definitely a new day, I want to fly down to 11st as quick as possible and from there I'm going to target myself 1lb a week.

No kids here but I'm currently about 14st and 4ft10 and need to lose a lot of weight as quickly as possible because I've just booked a beach and waterpark holiday with my size 10-12 best friend and our very very fit and attractive male friends and I don't want to look like a whale next to them. They wont and don't care what I look like but I'm insecure about being with them looking the way I do because irrationally I am worried that people will judge me for being overweight and then judge me for being with them when they look so much better. Although one of the guys also looks like a sasquatch hes that hairy so he'll look like hes wearing woolens while were there Grin

I’m in the same boat! Had my third child and I have a stone to lose which is stubbornly clinging on. I get really down about it if I have a bit of a lapse but I’m glad to read about the lapse/collapse thing!

2angelbabies · 26/01/2019 13:51

Buntybear I totally understand what you are saying .. I have a planned summer vacation and I know for sure everyone will be in their greatest shapes . You can do it just start slowly and once you get used to it then you will have a routine set .

Annunaki definitely small changes make a lot of difference . I just hope I can keep it up today . I try my best but then someone in my family or friends bring over something fried or totally unhealthy lol 😂 so I will avoid it today

Greenflamingo welcome and yes that's how you start and I feel like when you will start seeing the difference then naturally you will make a habit of not eating bad . So any start is a good start 👍🏼
