Anyone starting a new diet tomorrow? Want to be diet buddies? Im 14st7lb my heaviest ever at 5ft4. Need some motivation and willpower. Going to be doing meal substitution with shakes twice a day to kickstart my diet. Was meant to start early in January but it didn’t happen and I’ve slipped. Will be doing My Fitness Pal too.

Today I'm just pottering about doing bits and bobs, having a rest day from exercise as I'm bloody knackered and achey! Back in the pool tomorrow. Fasting as long as I can today with a hopefully protein focused day and a million cups of tea

Fish finger sandwich and half portion of chips for lunch at the pub! Not an overly bad day but not a good one. Hope you ladies are having a fab day!!

M&S sandwich selection in cafe for lunch. Sausage penne and salad for dinner.
Knackered after B&Q, flooring place and Ikea. Will be worth it but just had an urgent job in so will be working this evening.
Catch up in the morning - have a relaxing evening both.

Aqua class at 1pm and fajitas for dinner. I'm swapping my wraps for whole grain spicy rice, to make a deconstructed burrito like in a wanky restaurant have a lovely Sunday!

Got a roast for lunch today but we're going to have a walk and paddle in the sea first!

It's weird cos before I had DS I never had AF cos I have PCOS. It's like my body has reset itself! Hopefully it'll be easier to conceive baby no.2 than it was DS!

Ha! Ha! I'm in the "no-one ever went to their grave wishing they'd done more housework" camp. Never been a willing slave to the kitchen sink as I've got too many people to love. Yes, have heard of Mrs Hinch and her cleaning trends that are clearing the shelves of Zoflora etc. Hilarious, however I do like to keep a tidy gaff in case of unexpected visitors.[ those who know me well are aware that I am a first class slattern though.] DD5 once asked me "who's coming?" when I was having a little clear up - that's when I first realised that I only do a really proper clean when we're having visitors! However that's not the case today, I guess it's the decorating that's making me feel a bit domesticated.

Aqua class done - it was a man who loved Madonna leading it today so we had a Madge mega mix sorry to hear about AF Boggle and well done Reckless for cleaning! I could never be a Hincher

Yesss smashed my goal today I am going to buy a new fitbit, the inspire HR when I have some money as this thing picks and chooses when to be accurate.

I'm drinking wine. I also demolished a scone with clotted cream and jam and had beef roast for lunch

However my trousers are defo loser on my legs!

Flip, I just ate half a box of Maltesers - I knew I shouldn't open them. Was just going to have one, just one, and I thought it wouldn't do any harm. Flip. Actually, fish hooks and jelly babies! [That was my very sweary exclamation when DD's were little and I needed to say the F. word but couldn't, obviously , in front of them.]
Oh well, back on the wagon and off we go again tomorrow. You two sound like you've had a great weekend. I haven't achieved as much this weekend as I wanted but had a lovely chat with both DD3 and DD4 this evening.

Think I've got to start exercising soon as weight loss is stalling despite me being quite good bar a malteser or two. Off to bed now to give myself yet another talking to - I seem to have been on the naughty step a lot lately.
