Yes cello!
Loss of 0.8lbs so 198.4 = 14 st 2.4 = BMI 30.1
So glad to see the scales moving down again! Well done on your loss! Smile

Fiontar649 · 06/03/2019 07:36

That's great cello, when and mrbob
All moving in the right direction.
I have stuck to plan for 2 days... slowly getting back into it

WhenCanISleepAgain · 06/03/2019 07:39

Well done bob!

WhenCanISleepAgain · 06/03/2019 07:40

And fiontar for getting going again! Sorry missed that before... DS woke every two hours last night so I’m a bit befuddled today Brew

mrbob · 06/03/2019 07:47

Well done for getting back on track fiontar and not letting it derail you :)
And cello and when keep on trucking! It looks like you are going well. It is exciting seeing numbers dropping

PrivateCello · 06/03/2019 07:56

Well done MrBob and When and Fiontar too for getting back on track. MrBob with the gym routine, you might drop to 79sss soon I reckon!

StealthNinjaMum · 06/03/2019 09:34

Sorry I fell off this thread about a month ago so I have just read the last 2 pages.

As this is more the numbers thread I thought I'd live you a link to something I found really motivating in 2012, the BBC global fat scale page.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-18770328

I started off the average weight of someone from Samoa and ended up with the average weight of someone from Cambodia.

It's a bit pointless but just another weigh to demonstrate my weightlosss and sometimes you only need to lose a tiny bit of weight to go down the scale.

StealthNinjaMum · 06/03/2019 09:35

another way not another weigh!

mrbob · 06/03/2019 10:07

Ha I love that! I have gone from Trinidad and Tobago to Lesotho. I am going to keep track of that. Aiming for Ireland (the doesn't sound very exotic so I might need to change my goal)

WhenCanISleepAgain · 06/03/2019 10:40

I love this too! I’ve gone from Samoa to Bahrain and want to get to Austria at least initially which I’m happy with as I imagine Austrians to be mountain-climbing and hiking outdoorsy people which I’d love to be. I had a very happy summer there doing just that when I was 18.

Less encouraging is that I am 75% bigger than the UK average for my age let alone the global average ShockBlush which is a big nudge for me to keep going. When I reach my first goal I’d be something like 60% below the UK average which would be quite the turnaround.

Logging today’s weight as I won’t be weighing in tomorrow. My husband’s 40th is today so have had lots of food and cake so tomorrow will see a gain as things goes!

Weight last week 70.7 kg
Weight today 69.9 kg
Loss 0.8 kg
I have also dropped into a new stone bracket. Next aim is to get to 66 kg which is the top end of healthy weight for my height.
Good luck to all weighing in tomorrow and hope everyone is okay!

StealthNinjaMum · 12/03/2019 05:15

Down 2lbs to 135.6lbs. A good result.

I bloody lost 4 lbs.
I have checked 3 times - using the same scales in the same "spot".

Fiontar649 · 12/03/2019 07:18

PrivateCello · 12/03/2019 07:44

Wizzler, it will be gone soon, keep going.

PrivateCello · 12/03/2019 07:45

Are you in a new stone bracket now? I like it when you do the weekly summary

WhenCanISleepAgain · 12/03/2019 08:01

Well done cello, stealth and that’s amazing fiontar. It’s 0.2lbs on for me since my loss last Wednesday but I didnt have a very good day yesterday. Don’t lose heart wizzler. You can get rid of that 1lb by next week. Happy 40th to your DH cello!

PrivateCello · 12/03/2019 08:06

Thanks guys. Had lots of cake and too much food!

Fiontar649 · 12/03/2019 08:06

Still in the 14s. DH checked scales and declared the working, so I am delighted.
I was genuinely dreading it this morning, so this is a big shock. Feel very motivated again now.
