I'm down to one pair of jeans that fits

I have gained three stones from being a chocolate whore.

I genuinely only have one pair of jeans that fit me, nothing else fits. I flatly refuse to buy larger new clothes.

Today is the day that I am am going to sort myself out. I've had enough of feeling embarrassed about how I look.

Not sure of my weight, I'm guessing around 11st 10 I shall weigh myself in a bit. I'm only 5ft 4 and carry all the weight around my middle.

It you are in the same boat please join me.

Me too please. I go from LCHF to slimming world and on and on and on. I need to lose 3 st and started slimming world last week ....again! I'm just not feeling very hungry but I pick at the wrong things.
At a loss ( I wish) at what to do, can I join for some support

Welcome Zazu.

Posting on this thread is definitely helping me. I've have got to the stage where I have to deal with the weight gain. I do not recognise myself anymore and it's making me really miserable. I've only done four days so far but mentally feel so much more positive. A previous poster said that she made a decision to lose weight and just stuck to it and that is the approach I am going for. If I stick to it it will work, if I don't I will just get fatter and beat myself up even more. I am lucky in a way because I don't have issues with food and I never over eat but my chocolate addiction is something else! I would easily eat 3000 calories a day just in chocolate.

Only I can do this, no one is going to do it for me.

Gosh well done on your progress so far. If you really were eating that many calories in chocolate I would imagine you might see some fast results to start off with. Good luck - keep going!

Thank you Mrs. It's a beautiful day here today so I am going to distract myself by sorting out the shed and then paint it. I'm trying to keep busy.
