Today's menu was yummy!
Porridge for breakfast & a skinny flat white
Chicken and roasted veg for lunch with salad and Greek yoghurt
Dinner was lentil curry and salad
I did have a small bit of birthday cake too which is the sort of thing I shouldn't be eating, I know!

Harissa chicken with veg
NO CAKE!
