Right, I need to do this. Should have started on Friday but then succumbed to sunny bank holiday alcohol & ice cream temptations. I need to lose inches of bloat in the next fortnight. Just set the alarm so I can do the 30 day shred in the morning before work.

Try the blood sugar diet.
It’s basically 800cals a day made up mostly of veg, protein and pulses/lentils. There are some threads in the fasting section.
Quick results.

15 days? Make raw chicken an after-breakfast snack... downside you could die from food poisoning I suppose- many don’t though Smile
And the weight loss results could be terrific!

I need to lose 2lb a week for the next 4 weeks or I need a whole new holiday wardrobe! Not sure if it's even doable, I've only ever lost weight really slowly before Shock

My menu today wasn't the greatest because I was off with DS. It ended up like this -

Eggs and 2 heck chicken sausages
Fishfinger wrap at the cafe
Turned down ice cream and had a coffee instead
Chilli con carne and cauli rice
Bag of mini cheddars

Menu planned for tomorrow! Back at work so easier!

Eggs
Chicken and roasted veg with salad
Bowl of lentil curry

Today's menu was yummy!

Porridge for breakfast & a skinny flat white
Chicken and roasted veg for lunch with salad and Greek yoghurt
Dinner was lentil curry and salad

I did have a small bit of birthday cake too which is the sort of thing I shouldn't be eating, I know!

Tomorrow's plan

Scrambled eggs
Homemade Thai soup
Harissa chicken with veg
NO CAKE!

I'm rubbish at dieting but trying to get better Smile

Have got 3 weeks and would like to lose 2lbs a week, just enough to take the wibble off my belly.

Will wait til tomorrow morning to weigh myself, but think it'll be less than 7lbs I'd like to lose (here's hoping haha)
