Wow ! 5lbs !!

I accidentally (before reading this thread lol) ate two pain au chocolat this morning, but have only eaten a banana and a small portion paella since then, so feeling pretty good :)...much easier when the weather is nice, hey?

How's everyone getting on today? My scales said another 0.5 off today! Need to lose another 2lbs to see my lowest weight of the year so far - hoping to do that in the next couple of days!

I weighed myself this morning and had a bit of a shock - probably 4lb higher than I thought- eeeek.

Had a good day food wise - soup/bread for lunch with a pear and then baked potato with cheese and salad for tea.

Going to bed slightly hungry, which is nice, as often I snack dreadfully in evenings....

@rcat - I've tried all the diets, including Slimming World! Glad it worked for you :)

@ruffling - well done on your good day! I too fancy an evening snack but will go to bed instead!

How's everyone's day been ?
I've been doing well - when I really desperate I just had a tiny piece of chocolate, rather than the whole bar, so quite proud of myself!

Well done @RufflingFeathers.

My scales bounced up this morning only a pound but still! Good day so far so hoping that pound - and more - is gone tomorrow.
