It's probably just another gimmick but I am getting desperate now.

I'd be interested to hear people's opinions and results.

Hmmmmmm not a great day today! day 5 and have lost 2 pounds now according to my scales....

Time of the month and pigged out at lunchtime 😠

llmb · 14/05/2018 18:18

Just in case any one wondered I contacted boombod and they said you can take it up to 4 weeks in a row but they then say you should take a break. I haven’t weighed in a few days as I had a glutinous weekend! Grin back on it today!

LizzyELane · 14/05/2018 18:35

Have taken first two today. No ill effects and definitely taking subtle edge off appetite. No breakfast as busy. V healthy small lunch. Looks and smells like sugar free jelly powder and tastes fine. Hoping for a couple of pounds off by end of week!

Does anyone else think the majority of reviews on the H&B website have been written by the same person? Confused

hubblebubbleworry · 15/05/2018 10:15

that's good to know llmb, thanks

Hi Guys,

Im on my second box of boombod

I am 5ft 3, size 10, DD bra, size 4 shoe, indian heritage ( I used to be size 6)
I work in an office 9-5 at a desk on a computer snacking and thats how I put on so much weight!

The active ingredient glucomannan helps supress apetite and the product is sold in Holland and Barrats so reliable.

From my first box : I saw results from the second day.

It tastes like a rasberry sherbet, so yummy and sugary.
On day two, I noticed I wasn't snacking as much and felt full during the day.

I made sure I drink two bottles of water (evians 500ml) throughout the day at work to ensure I was hydrated, alert and "full".

I noticed my portion sizes got alot smaller because the boombod and a pint of water 30mins before a meal helps.

I cant say ive dropped a dress size yet but i feel like if i keep it up i will be back into a size 6.

I dont excerise but my diet and portion size is changed alot.
I also sleep better and at similair times now because my eating times are very set.

Boombod- 8am
Breakfast (ham sandwich or just a banana and orange at 9am

Boombod 12pm
Lunch - Rice and chicken 1pm

Boombod 5pm
Dinner - indian 6/7pm

In bed at 10.30pm

I would recommend it Smile
I dont believe the instagram pictures however I do believe it will help you lose weight if you are consistent.

So I'm on day 8 today. Weighed myself this morning and have lost 2.75 pounds in a week. I'm going to carry on for the full 2 weeks but am a little disappointed as I can usually lose that without any supplements!

Daniela88 · 16/05/2018 12:28

I'm usually very skeptical about weight loss supplements, and I have tried, in the past, some appetite suppressants without any results.
I do have a big appetite, and I tend to eat more when I'm stressed or emotional or bored, and also when I exercise I eat more than I need.
But this one WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME. I used Boombod and another one from Holland and Barret called Glucomannan and Garcinia Cambogia, as Boombod is expensive, but this other one is only £7-8.
In the first 2 weeks I thought maybe I just have that motivation from the beginning, and I stopped taking them to see if I can eat the same way without it. I must say, it was a lot harder without it, and I couldn't stay on track. I started again now, and I feel the difference.
Of course it won't melt your extra weight for you haha, but it will really help with hunger and cravings.
That's all I need personally. Besides deciding to lose that extra weight for myself, I only need help with my cravings and hunger, and I know I will lose weight if I eat in a healthy low kcal way. They BOTH WORK AMAZINGLY WELL FOR ME. I take boombod once, and Glucomannan & Garcinia Cambogia twice a day. Sometimes I only take them twice a day, when I begin craving something, or when I'm hungry, and it's still not time to have a meal, or before lunch and dinner so I can feel full after a small meal. And I can stay on track. I lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks, and I feel great because I can stay focused on my life, and eat right, and look amazing after a while.

Just updating as I’ve completed a fortnight.

I never weigh myself 🙄 but am back in jeans that I haven’t worn in two years. I definitely see a difference and feel better for it.

What it’s done is break my snacking habit which had run away with itself. I’m thinking about what I eat. The shots are fine tastewise and do seem to fill me up. I’m sure that spending ££ on the product helps me to maintain discipline too.

I’m having a week off for half term and have ordered another fortnight for next week. So far, I’m managing to keep up the good habits of the last fortnight, although I do feel noticeably hungrier than last week.

In short, it seems to work well for me as a great way to launch a diet and quickly develop a discipline.

Belindabelle · 31/05/2018 11:22

Thanks for updating.

I ordered some glucomannan capsules which seems to be the main appetite suppressant in Boombod. I take 2 capsules three times a day 30 mins before meals. I don't eat breakfast so I take 2 capsules mid morning.

I think they do help to fill you up a bit.

Hubblebubbleworry lol we have the same cupboards.

I find they help the first time you try them but subsequently no longer work when you try again. I loved the Forza Green Coffee but for some reason it’s no longer available. Probably because it seemed to work?

bubblee · 01/06/2018 13:56

I have tried Boombod and it actually worked for me. I have been struggling for a very long time and this product stopped me from snacking and always being the human dustbin for everyone that don’t finish their food.

Boombod.....anyone tried?
ProseccoLush · 01/06/2018 14:45

How long did you use it for bubblee?

bubblee · 01/06/2018 16:21

I used this product for a month when I took these pictures. Then a month later I started using it again. The good thing is that when I bought it they had a promotion buy one and get one free so the deal was amazing. I don’t think I will stop using it because my bad eating habit is gone for good 👍🏼

AshAddison · 19/06/2018 01:58

I really wanted to try it but after reading the ingredients, it contains artificial sweeteners and costs £60 for 1 month supply - a bit steep.

Minariaz · 06/07/2018 21:53

i started mine it's been 3 days so far the morning energiser don't make me feel any better i still.feel so shattered but i haven't finished the course yet so I will find out when i have weighed myself

Stlucia2005 · 09/07/2018 22:17

Has anyone who has been on boombod had any side effects? I read a few reviews saying they had diarrhoea each time they had a sachet 😫

Minariaz · 10/07/2018 00:37

Boombod did not work for me how ever the bloated feeling did stop the taste was ok compare to alot of other weight loss product but I did not lose any weight I might carry on for another week so I will give my overall result then hope I lose it as I am getting despret noe

bobblechops · 17/07/2018 23:39

Just bought some of these but wondering whether I can take them as I'm on iron tablets at the moment. Does anyone know? Desperate to lose weight.

Minariaz · 18/07/2018 07:37

It's basically another fad !!

Minariaz · 13/09/2018 19:55

I did not lose any weight how ever I did not feel so bloated I will try again so maybe it will well hope so any way

FionaM69 · 30/09/2018 18:53

Has anyone used Boombod, stopped and had any negative effects eg putting all weight back on plus more? I’m in need of a quick fix before hols in a couple of weeks but it’s a bit ££ to end up having to take it all the time to keep weight off. Thanks

Bewarethesealions · 02/10/2018 17:46

You're probably better off going to Bulk Powders or similar and snagging yourself a bag of glucomannan powder (which seems to be the chief ingredient in Boombod). Teeny spoonful with plenty of fluids about half hour before eating seems to help fill me up.

16mortx · 06/05/2019 19:05

is boombod safe for teens i typed on amazon weight loss for teens and that came up

ragingmentalist · 09/05/2019 13:38

It's bollocks, a total waste of money. Any professional, qualified person will slam it as a means to losing weight.
