It is a very good friend (dd's godmother) who really wants to lose weight, it is only her and her dh coming and I am very happy to stick to some atkinsy things but I am just a bit clueless as to what to do
We were thinking of
Bresaola with rocket and parmesan and olive oil
Panfried Hake on a tomatoey sort of thing with some other veggies
I will get cheese defo for her then can make a fruit salad for the rest of us and a sugar free jelly for her so she doesn't feel like she is missing out.
