I have someone on the first two weeks of Atkins coming for dinner - what pudding can I make?

hm...i htought the stinky Breath is because of the ketosis process...so, everyone doing Atkins will have it, when they are in ketosis...

The stinky breath is caused by ketosis yes. But drinking enough water will stop that. You are supposed to drink 3l of water a day whilst on induction.

must say, that my dh complained about my breath the whole time I did it....years ago, and I always drunk loads of water

I don't know then. I don't suffer with it and I've been on lc for 2.5 years on and off.
