DD is 15 weeks now and I'm feeling very wobbly and big still ... mainly because I'm eating shit all the time - so im staging my own intervention! Any other new mums want to join me? I hope by starting a thread I will actually stick to it!

I put breastfeeding in the thread title as I don't want to do calorie restriction as I need the energy to be honest but just eat better food and try to move more.

So, I have just weighed myself and I'm 11st 10lbs - I'm happy around 10st so I have a fair bit to lose!

Would love to hear any quick and easy recipes or meal ideas (but high energy). Also going to try and drink loads more water and do an exercise DVD at least twice a week.

Would love some company - please say hello and join me!

I’ve been avoiding posting after eating chocolate until it’s coming out of my ears!
Need to get back on track. Due to weigh in tomorrow but weighed myself today and I’ve put on the 1.5 I lost so need to get my motivation back.
Hope everyone else is doing well in this chocolate filled worldGrin

Hey ladies
I weighed in last week and gained what I had lost previously! Ergh! Have had to reel it back in this last week but has been hard as my baby boy has been waking up constantly and I’m tired and sleep deprived. Weighed in today and a 3lb loss but am going away towards the end of the week and am worried that I’ll ruin all my hard work. How has everyone else been getting on?

Hi @RememberToSmile1980, really well done on the loss.
Im feeling really abit rubbish about it all. I can manage most of the day fine then I just seem to give in. I then feel terrible about it but then do the same cycle the next day Angry. I cut out cakes and chocolate a couple of weeks ago only for 5 days but it did help. I think I need to get back to doing that. We’re going on holiday this weekend though. It’s camping so we will be active and I am going to try my hardest to curb the sugar. I have one of my best friends weddings in June and I really want to get to 11.5 stone for then (ideally more by need to be realistic too!).

The sleep deprivation is hard and the weather has been rotten which dampens the motivation for getting out and about.
