"clingly"?!

I know Jackie and no doubt will be doing with gay abandon after a couple of times but the first time... [worry emoticon]

JackieNo · 03/05/2007 19:21

I know. With any luck he's now tucked up safely in bed, and you're having fun (?) at your dinner thing.

Hi girls

Lost 3lbs tonight so back on track hopefully.

Jackie,i have been scared of the dentist for years, now i have a good one and shes pg and leaving the practice.I felt sick when she told me,god knows what her replacement will be like.I dread to think

Sue i have problems leaving DH to put the girls to bed so it's totally normal to feel like that. And also very healthy to leave him with your mum/cm etc.

Right off to tidy up my yukky messy playroom.

have a good night all xx

WigWamBam · 03/05/2007 22:03

Oh arse - I forgot to weigh.

Will have to do it tomorrow.

I used to have a brain once, goodness only knows where it went

suejonez · 03/05/2007 23:19

well as predicted he is of course fine and went to bed wihtout a problme though not before his nanny tried to kill him by letting him fall out of the back door (steep brick steps) and apparently he is going to have a big bruise tomorrow.

Had a very nice dinner though frankly was dull work entertianing so would have much preferred eating it in front of "House", but that wasn;t the deal sadly...

hippipotami · 04/05/2007 08:11

Hi guys, just thought I would say Hello and let you know I am still lurking

Am over on the Paul McKenna thread at the moment, and after 3 weeks on the system I lost 6lbs. (yes, was finally brave enough to weigh myself)

So, a great start, am very pleased! Am sure it will slow down now (you always lose most the first few weeks don't you) but am very happy!

Will probably keep hopping between the two threads, as I am not convinced Paul will stick with me for the long haul. I don't know how long before my 'inner self automatically tunes out to the CD...

Glad to hear ds was okay Sue - you missed a good House though!

suejonez · 04/05/2007 09:46

bugger - what happened on House - is there more on the House vs policeman plot?

EllieG · 04/05/2007 10:13

WWB - I never had a brain in the first place so you're one up on me!

hippipotami · 04/05/2007 11:00

Policeman was interviewing Cameron, Foreman, and the other one whose name escapes me at the mo.

House has a young patient who is dying, patients dad in 10 year vegetative state, House woke him, guy demanded burger and roadtrip instead of seeing/helping his son.

House, cancer doc (whose name also escapes me at the mo, need coffee) and dad go on trip. Try to talk dad into helping son.

Dad knows he will go back into vegetative state within a day, son needs new heart, Cutty won't allow dad to donate as dad technically alive. So House and cancer doc leave hotel room whilst dad commits suicide. Son gets heart and recovers.

Not sure how I feel about this whole police thing. The policeman really annoys me.
DH thinks policeman is very ill and House will end up saving him and all will have a happy ending. Myself I am not so sure...

suejonez · 04/05/2007 11:04

how on earth did they manage to "wake" him form vegetative state? SOunds terribly sad though

WigWamBam · 04/05/2007 11:08
JackieNo · 04/05/2007 11:15

Well done you, WWB.

Sue - could you do the weights this week? I think it's your turn. I can send you my (very basic) spreadsheet, if that helps?

OP posts:
hippipotami · 04/05/2007 11:57

Sorry WWB, more House coming up:

Sue, he had some sort of injection made up of adrenelin and various other chemicals (can you tell I am no doctor which would basically override whatever was making the man a vegetable. It would only work for a max of 48 hours though.
It was quite a sad episode, not really one of my favourites.

hippipotami · 04/05/2007 11:58

WWB - well done on your loss, I hope to lose a pound a week once I am brave enough to weigh myself every week.

Re House - I don't really get it either, but find Hugh Laurie sooooooo damn sexy!!!

suejonez · 04/05/2007 19:14

OK confession to a it of a hugh laurie thing going on here too

Yes will do weights Jackie - please email spreadsheet ta.

JackieNo · 04/05/2007 20:48

OP posts:
suejonez · 04/05/2007 21:44

suejonez · 05/05/2007 11:30

OK no more weights so the scores on the doors this week are:

JackieNo -0 (total 1.5)

WigWamBam -1 (total -9)
littlemisssensible -2 (total 7.5)
