Hunger when working shifts

Hi all, I recently started working shifts (5am earlies, late shifts and nights) and I'm finding that I'm hungry all the time!
I lost a significant amount of weight a couple of years ago (half my body weight, I was very obese) and since becoming a shift worker early in tbe summer a couple of stone have crept back on and I'm really struggling to avoid the hunger.
I'm tired and starving!!!
Can anyone empathise and offer any advice please?

Yep another shift worker here. It really really messes with your appetite. I find trying lower GI, high veg and lower GI fruit helps, have also done LCHF which really knocks off appetite as well.

How did you lose so much weight? I have quite a bit to get off myself
