Ideal weight for 5'3 🤔

I'm 5'3 small-medium frame and doing SW & c25k. Just realised will need to think of and aim towards a target weight but as I've been overweight since the age of 12 I don't know 🤷‍♀️. My BMI is currently 27.5, the NHS suggested 7st10 (lower end) which I could never achieve and wouldn't want to. Any thoughts appreciated - t.i.a xxxx

100lbs for first five feet plus 5lbs for every additional inch for a very petite frame/small boobs (Devine formula)
108lbs for first five feet plus 4lbs for every additional inch for others (Robinson formula)

So 5'3" would 115-130lbs. So 8 stone 3 to 9 stone 4. Anywhere you feel most comfortable in that range.

That formula sounds about right for me. At 10st 3 it was all round my tummy and I could barely squeeze into size 12 trousers. I used 5:2 and got down to 8st 2 which was too scrawny for my top half - I was all ribs and collar bones. Around 8st 5 is my happy medium so I still have 4.5lbs to lose by next Saturday when we go on holiday.

I'm the same height as you and currently 9 and a half stone. I'm trying to get down to 9 for my wedding.

I am usually between 7 and a half and 8 stone.

I'm 9st and I already struggle with finding clothes my size :/ . I'm XS at some places and size 6 in others. I had to buy some kids t-shirts because there weren't any smaller ones at gap !

My friend is slim and fit and is 5ft2 and weighs just over 10 stone, she has quite a bit of muscle though

There is no ideal weight because we are all built differently. I'm 9 stone at the moment and look gaunt, I look far better closer to 10 stone. Equally someone could be 8 stone and that is ideal for them.

Don't set yourself a definite target. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll know when you've reached the right weight for you.

I'm 5ft 3 and currently 13 stone

My ideal is 8.5 stone, I feel flabby still at 9.5

I'm currently a size 14 and would be a 10 at 9.5 and a 8-10 at 8.5

I'm 5ft 3 and was 9 stone 2 pounds on the scales this morning. It takes a huge amount of discipline with eating and exercising a few times a week to hover around 9 stone.
I really can't imagine being under 9 stone, I'd have to starve myself.

I'm 5'4 and 8st2, which feels about right. I think that formula above sounds pretty accurate.
