I wouldnt worry about your arms either. They look fine, but if your really bothered, 2 tins of beans and lift them up and down like weights.

they dont look bad in that pic as ive perfected the 'hands on hip photo pose' which moves the upper arm away from the torso and so minimises arm flab spead,

i am definatly not that shape! its a corset, the 11bs i need to loose is happily settled on my tum

What a dish! You look gorgeous. Your arms are fine but if you want, try arm curls using tins of baked beans or bottles of water.

i find them really comfy

you have to sit up straight and its hard to bend down at first

i think the dress needs to be taken up a bit at the bottom as well
