Your arms are not flabby, honestly they're not! Relax and enjoy yourself don't worry about upper arms. And if you DO feel worried- well frankly the best solution for upper arms that youre unhappy with (as opposed to flabby coz theyre fine) is a wrap. Easy LOL!
