My son will be 16 weeks on Thursday. I am 5'4 and as of this morning 74.8kg.
I really let myself go during pregnancy and aiming to get to 57kg with no time limit.
I am hoping to achieve this by sensible eating, just less of everything with no restriction of any food group and by running 3 times a week and swim once a week.
My short term goal is to get to 70 kg.
I would love for anyone in a similar place to join me so we can motivate, encourage and support each other.
