I've put on a stone in the last few months! Time to get it off

I've put on a years worth of weight loss in 3 months :(
I eat well and exercise like a loon (run 30km a week plus 2-3 exercise classes) but a few old habits have snuck back in: binge eating on weekends, eating kids left overs.
I've put on a stone. At my lightest (in May) I was 10stone 2. Now I'm 11stone 3. I'm 5ft 10 so I'm not technically overweight but I feel awful.
I lost the weight before by calorie counting (between 1200-1400 cals a day). I need a good kick up the arse to get this weight off. I'm hoping to get it all off by December 1st. Anyone with me?

Omg what time did you get up to have fit in a 4 mile run and an omellette by 7.45?! Also, good work on that loss - that's amazing!

7lbs in less than a week that is serious going.
Well done on the early morning run too. I did a class this morning and have just had a sambo for brekkie. Lunch will be fruit and I may look at these protein shakes ye are all raving about. Weighed in yesterday 9 stone 7 as predicted. Two months today o lose a stone I think they's do able. Keep up the good work everyone.

It's all the water weight from all the cake carbs ive eaten over the last two weeks since the wedding. I'll think I'll be lucky to lose 1lb a week from here on in.
I get up at 5.15 and I'm out on my run by 5.45. We are in the process of building an extension so I can put a treadmill in - don't fancy running at 5.30am when it starts getting icy. If I leave it till after school it wont get done.

I'm in awe. I'd have to go to bed at 8 to get up that early.

I've just come from a tea lunch where everyone had something with chips and I had salad. Salad. A 9 quid salad that was SO not worth 9 quid. Humph.

Today has not been so great. All fine until after school. Munchies kicked in and the spoon may have accidentally found its way into the chocolate spread jar and then into my mouth 187 times
Never mind. Onwards and upwards. Thinking of having a rest day tomorrow. Me legs are pooped!
How's everyone getting on?

That is early mama. Agree re treadmill no fun running in icy whether. We have treadmill I have no excuse I'm just lazy. Although I did do two classes today and eating went well. Had two funding crunchies and I'll call that a victory because the amount of crap I was shovelling away was unreal.

Haven't made great choices today. But stayed under 1400 cals. And did a 4 mile run. My knees and ankles are naffed. I can't run more than every other day from now on. It's not worth the long term damage. How are we all getting on?

So far so good today yesterday was not so good. I find if I start eating sweets at all I can't stop.and I spiral out of control.

mama I'm the same weight and height as you. I put on a stone in less than a year. I cut out sweets and sugary drinks, as well as almost all alcohol (from 10_20 units a week to maybe one a week.) I've done more exercise (cardio and weights) Since the 29th of August I've lost six lbs. And I've lost nearly two inches off my waist. I'd like to be 10 stone again, but I am happy to just have reversed course.

I had a shocker weekend, was at a wedding where I basically ate everything in sight. Then hungover Sunday so same again! Good day yesterday with 3 mile run and circuits. No time for exercise today as attacking bull ring after work.

Last night I made myself an omelet with kale/ham/tomato and I brought an avocado in to eat with it. Amazing! Highly recommended Smile

Oh I'm not going too well at all and don't think I've lost an ounce. Back on it today I really need to cop on.the omelette sounds lovely.

Really good day yest, but then five guys for dinner!! In fairness though, only 50 calories over target for day and it was DIVINE! Will weigh self tomorrow.

Did a 5km walk and a 5km cycle on the exercise bike today so I'm happy. Illvweigh in in the morning but Im not sure I've lost anything. I know if I could just cop on and give it a good shot for a week I'd get into the swing of things. Weigh in tomorrow will be an eye opener I hope. Hope everyone else is going well

Hi all, I fell off the thread!

I joined a gym today. I have never done that before! I can do 5 classes a week and possibly a class on Saturdays if DH will take DS. It is a mix of aqua-aerobics, spinning, circuit training and zumba. Surely if I do something every day something will start to happen?!! I plan to weigh in on the first of each month.

I've stopped weighing but don't think I've lost anything. Weekend wasn't too bad. I did have a McDonald's happy meal for tea yesterday though!

I have been to the gym three times this week. But have also eaten quite a bit.....nned to sort that out too. My aim is to eat 3 well-balanced meals a day, no bingeing and to go to the gym 6 days a week, then weigh in Nov 1st.

Fell off the wagon with several chocolate biscuits yesterday Blush totm though so blaming that! Need to get back on the exercise too but never have the energy when I'm on. I'm going to avoid the scales til the end of the month !
